请问 OT 的算法不是固定的吗？为什么会起起落落的？ ...

    请问下我在一间新的公司做了4个月，但是刚开工时什么纸都没签过好是像叫offer latter吗？我的公司也是算大型公司来的

因为公司不够人，所以向其他公司借人。
一天RM140 9点到5：30 好像有答应星期天休息

当看到但是我吓到了，竟然可以这样算的阿？
他这样算对吗？

跟其他公司sub人，年假他不但没拍人代替，他公司还要跟我们算有薪假期。更好笑的是，年假也算他做9点到6点的，半小时是年假的OT？
而且他作工时间都是他自己写自己爽的。公司有打卡的，他又不用。他又没给我们负责人签名什么的。

    是的，offer letter。大型公司没给你offer letter, 你还做了4个月？没有向HR追问吗？

    这是你的第一份工？没有offer letter, 公司可以对你为所欲为，到时你去劳工局也投诉无门。

letter of appointment 中有一条是:
"TERMINATION
Notice of termination of employment by the employer will be 24 hours during probationary period and thereafter one month's written notice by the employer. The employee shall serve the company for a minimum period of one year contract period. If termination by employee were to be done within one year contract period, the employee shall bear all training, remuneration rewards, incidental losses etc. incurred by the company."

我想要辞职， 可是不动会有什么后果？

你是management trainee? 你这份工是一年的contract。
如果你现在辞职，要赔偿公司对你所提供的所有培训，奖励的费用及对公司所造成的附带损失。。

   我是project engineer.我还没有去过任何training.可是附带损失也包括很多。是不是签了就生效了？还时confirm le才算？谢谢

如果offer letter 是要等到confirmation 才生效，那公司为甚么不等到你被confirm的时候才出offer letter 给你签？

当然是你签了就生效了的。

    乖乖serve完一年contract吧。。几个月的working experience, 见下一份工也不好意思拿出来讲，又要赔一堆，何必呢？

楼主，请问雇主有权利更改雇员的工作时间从六天制更改去五天制，以及把月薪更改去日新吗？？

    152是每天的8小时，也就是19天。
