Tebrau一带最少八十peecents买家是本地人,都是自住的多。

不好意思,打错了。。。。是700k++
其实aurora也有它的卖点。。。比如pool house。。。这个是summer ...
其实没有pool house不算坏事。相对来说长远的maintenance fee会比较少。

还没有。只可以看模型可是要去他们的 office看。那天他们给我看I pad里面的图而已。屋子里面跟sec的很像。比如说楼上也是没有厅的。

(1) Foreigner cannot buy subsale bumi lot.
(2) Local non-bumi can buy subsale bumi lot subjected to state consent, and then that unit will become bumi converted lot.
(3) Bumi converted lot cannot be sold to foreigner.
(4) Bumi converted lot once is sold to bumi, it will automatically changes back to bumi lot.
Dear sifus, are the above all correct?
My questions are as below:-
(5) Can foreigner buy developer's bumi released lot?
(6) Can foreigner buy subsale bumi released lot?
(7) If a bumi buys a subsale bumi released lot, will that bumi released lot automatically change back to bumi lot?
I am trying to figure out the differences between bumi released lot and bumi converted lot. Have asked some property agent, lawyer, developer salesperson, but didn't get a unified answer.

my friend sinporean .. he buy Bumi Lot develper alredy get from Key..
many hausaustin heigts, Bumi "covnerted" Lot Can not Sell to forieigner..
i think: develper fault depend on develepr is who.!

比一年多前的addx hxight的34x70的cluster house的价钱rm7xxk高出很多。

又一个中国发展商
证明了投资和空难是两回事
Shanghai-based developer Greenland Group has agreed to buy 13.96 acres of land from Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH) for RM600 million, which will be used for projects with a potential gross development value (GDV) of RM2.2 billion.
This marks its first investment in Malaysia, whereby it will form a joint venture with IWH to transform the land into integrated project within five years.
According to sources, the Chinese developer is also eyeing more land purchases in Iskandar at lower prices, despite a slowdown in the local property market due to the authorities’ cooling measures.
“This is only the beginning for Greenland which is a state-owned enterprise” sources revealed. The developer is expected to conclude several additional land deals in the next few months, and these parcels will be utilised for projects with GDV of more than RM10 billion.
Based on previous report, the Chinese developer was interested in acquiring about 60 hectares in Iskandar. But very soon, it will finalise its acquisition of two additional land parcels close to the Permas Jaya township in Johor Bahru.
IWH Managing Director Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo said: “This massive influx of foreign direct investment is a boon for Malaysia and Johor because of the economic spillover and thousands of job opportunities that these projects will generate,”
“We believe Greenland Group will pave the way for more China state-owned companies to invest in outstanding property projects in Iskandar Malaysia and IWH’s extensive waterfront landbank in Johor Bahru,” he added.
