嘉隆发展获州政府颁地皮

2018年1月4日
（吉隆坡3日讯）嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股）获登嘉楼州政府颁发地皮，地库增添4515公顷。

嘉隆发展向马交所报备，为扩充国内种植业务，公司早在去年7月26日时，已向登州政府申请位于甘马挽和龙运储备森林的土地使用权。

根据文告，嘉隆发展是在去年12月26日和12月28日时，分别收到了州政府的两封批准信函。

虽然州政府将上述土地赐予嘉隆发展，但公司仍需每年缴付112万8750令吉给一个信托基金，作为野生生物保护和冲突管理费用。

嘉隆发展指出，在得到上述土地后，登嘉楼的地库将增至4万7830公顷。

目前，公司仍在检测和评估新地皮的潜在贡献，尚不知获颁土地对2018财年净利提振多少。

不过，如无意外，上述地皮可积极贡献未来净利。【e南洋】

嘉隆发展向交易所报备，从1月29日开始采用新政策，主要管理职位仅限于集团总执行长，而非集团董事经理。

因此，董事部同意让莫哈末慕达的职衔，从集团董事经理转为总执行长。【e南洋】

嘉隆发展租4种植地

（吉隆坡8日讯）嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股）与登州经济发展机构（PMINT）签四项有条件租赁协议，以更新和敲定登嘉楼土地租赁，持续推动油棕种植业务。

嘉隆发展昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司Kumpulan Ladang-Ladang Terengganu私人有限公司，与PMINT签署四项协议，分别是一项租约更新协议，及三项租约的最终协议。

首先，建议更新登嘉楼甘马挽面积达2万5260英亩的土地期限，续约46年。

此外，敲定位于登嘉楼士兆（Setiu）、甘马挽和乌鲁（Hulu），合计约6850英亩的土地租赁协议，租赁期限分别为99年、57年和30至40年。

合计上述所有土地面积达3万2110英亩，相等于嘉隆发展棕油种植总地库11万1684英亩的29%。

董事经理拿督莫哈末慕达通过文告说，在这些地段继续种植油棕，可确保盈利展望。

嘉隆发展需每年支付490万令吉租金给PMINT。【e南洋】

Description	TDM BERHAD-PROPOSED FIRST AND FINAL DIVIDEND
The Board of TDM Berhad is pleased to propose a first and final dividend of 0.5 sen per share, tax exempt under the single-tier system in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2017, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 53rd Annual General Meeting. The board of Directors have also determined that the TDM’s Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (“DRS”) will apply to the entire dividend, whereby the shareholders will be given the option to elect to reinvest the whole or part of the dividend into new ordinary shares of TDM. The listing of and quotation for the new ordinary shares of TDM to be issued pursuant to the DRS will be subject to the approval of Bursa Securities being obtained to which an application will be submitted in due course. The decision of Bursa Securities and the Book Closure Date will be announced by TDM at a later date. This announcement is dated 27 March 2017
