前几天收到MAKRO大减价的宣传单，里面竟有卖MEGAN的DVDR！我身为MEGAN的老板之一，当然要去看看。
所以昨晚我就去MAKRO走走。。MAKRO卖的是MEMORY牌的 DVD＋R ８X， 4.7GB／120min,50片卖RM28.50，所以一片是R ...

有这么便宜吗？你看错了吧.. 应该是25片的。
之前有用过MEMORY DVDR, 还不错的说，至少没有烧坏..

哈，你去MAKRO看看LOH。我亲眼去看，亲手去摸，不会错的。。。可是这价钱（50片卖RM28.50）是大减价的价钱，平时的价钱我就不清楚了。

股市在进行着拉锯战。。。

闲着无事，我又打电话去Megan了。

我：听说我们的公司出现一位新的股东，Mr. Brahmal。
她：是的，Bursa的网站已经作出宣布了。

我：根据Bursa的文告，Mr. Brahmal是在公开市场买进这批股票，那么，请问是谁买进Mr Yeo的那些场外交易的票呢？
她：Mr Yeo有透露给我知道，那些场外交易的票他是转手给自己的家庭成员，而一部分抵押给银行的票是在公开市场卖出的。

（根据我的统计，场外交易的票是16514张，而公开市场卖出的票是2300张）

我：有点奇怪，为什么要通过场外交易去支付交易佣金呢？直接从cds转名只需要10令吉而已。
她：这个我就不清楚了，因为这是属于股东的事情，公司是无权过问的。

（根据我的计算，场外交易需要支付大约3万令吉的交易费，而从cds转名的费用不超过100令吉）

我：这样的做法是不是有它的动机？
她：这个我就不知道了。

我：Mr. Brahmal接下来的步骤是什么呢？
她：对不起，我不知道。

我：那么他会进来董事局吗？
她：目前不清楚，如果他有进董事局我们会通知Bursa。

乐观一点，看着你的肖像，我总觉得你很忧郁。。
看来你没读那文章哦，US$7.25是PREFERRED STOCK的价钱，读读那文章嘛，我也是花了一些时间才找出来的。

PS：我尝试找TechTeam Global和MoserBaer的30 largest shareholders,可是找不到（可能方法不对）。现在我才觉得BURSA网站很方便，很多资料都很容易找到。

不好意思，我没有看到这段重点。

如此看来，Chryscapital基金买入Nasdaq 的 Techteam global完全是因为管理层与业绩，之后靠市场的力量推动股价获利。本身并没有参与炒作。

受到市场抛弃的Megan，Chryscapital如果不炒？？？

最近两天的Megan成交量很奇怪，有人在压股价，这一点很明显，是谁大家也心里有数。问题是谁在吃货？散户应该没有本事几万股，几万股这样吃。如果是玩左手换右手的游戏，目的是要吓散户出票，但是买方却一直要推高股价。要roll高成交量，吸引散户进场？成交量又不高。

难道还有另一只鳄鱼？

成交量到底有没有加大，有时单看每日成交量是看不出的。
以下为每月总成交量。

到03／08／2007为止3月的成交量为152，476，那么可以预期3月的成交量肯定会比2月高。
