应该是rm4.2左右
我想买家应该不会以实价来收购
买家很可能会压低价钱暗中的收购，等他成功收购90%
他会出个价强制性购回其余的股份。

We refer to the announcement dated 11 April 2011 wherein the Company had submitted an application to Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") to seek the approval of the Minister of Finance ("MoF") pursuant to Section 67 of the Insurance Act 1996, to enter into an agreement with Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich") for the proposed disposal of the entire equity interest in the following subsidiaries ("Identified Subsidiaries"):

1) Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad ("MAAB")
2) Multioto Services Sdn Bhd;
3) MAAGNET Systems Sdn Bhd ("MAAGNET");
4) Malaysian Alliance Property Services Sdn Bhd;
5) MAAGNET-SSMS Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of MAAGNET)
(the "Proposed Disposal")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, MAAH wishes to announce that the MoF through BNM vide its letter dated 8 June 2011 has approved the disposal of its 100% equity interest in MAAB for a total cash consideration of RM344.0 Million to Zurich pursuant to Section 67 of the Insurance Act 1996.

As the Proposed Disposal is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, further details on the above matter will be announced in due course.

This announcement is dated 8 June 2011.
