皇帽董事经理上任不久宣布辞职

（沙亚南26日讯）走马上任不久的皇帽酿酒厂(CARLSBG,2836,主板消费产品服务组)董事经理艾天赐，基于家庭理由而宣布辞职，以回返欧洲。

皇帽酿酒厂文告说，艾天赐将从10月25日起辞职，这期间将让公司业务顺利过渡。

辞职后的艾天赐，将加入驻英国伦敦的私人证券投资公司。

该公司主席拿督卓亚华代表董事部，为艾天赐对马、新业务所作贡献致以诚挚谢意，家事、前程双利好。

艾天赐未走马上任前，自2016年6月起在瑞典担任董事经理，2014年1月在香港担任董事经理，前4年担任驻香港的集团策略副总裁。更早前，也在美国波斯顿麦肯锡公司任职。

皇帽酿酒厂目前正对继承者做出决定，将于不久公布详情。

文告指出，在过渡期，艾天赐持续管理公司业务，确保公司的SAIL '22策略有效执行。

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 September 2014 and 14 February 2020 on the Bill of Demand for Sales Tax. The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has today received a letter dated 3 June 2020 from the Royal Malaysian Customs (“Customs”) of Selangor notifying the Company of its decision regarding the Company’s appeal for remission of the Bill of Demand dated 17 September 2014, wherein, the agreed total claimable amount is now RM6,363,422.35. The Company shall proceed to remit payment of RM6,363,422.35 to the Customs, as full and final closure of this matter. The financial impact of this settlement represents approximately 2.2% and 4.1% of the audited Group net earnings and net assets, respectively for the year ended 31 December 2019. This announcement is dated 15 June 2020.
