有人可以正确的说出明年4月开始后，如果购入新房产都会中 GST 吗？
我问了些老者竟然有些说10%，打电话去问房产界的人，竟然有人说只中店屋而以。
请问正确的答案是什么？

正解是：
新的住宅单位没有GST。不过，建筑材料有6%GST。
新的商业单位有6%GST。

所以答案很明显。。。。

那边本身觉得duplex是拿来自己住比较多，因为在高楼，又没有电梯，出租的话，价钱也不是很高。华人租客应该不会找那边吧。那边duplex的多数都是租给马来人的。前一个月，问了那边的马来人租多少，她讲RM550/month。毕竟那边比较里面，租金应该不会很高。还有你要注意下那个回教堂，上次我去的时候，在前面的那排是蛮大声的。

以这个价钱，应该可以在relau找到一间吧，但没有这样大件。

水电费 - 商业 rate，但可以换成住家 rate
cukai taksiran - 商业 rate, 不能换

Elit Height, commercial title......可以拿来住的，给贵一点的 cukai taksiran 罢了 (两千多 vs 两三百块, yearly）

消费税实行后还有问题. 商业的如果再卖好像必须给 6%.

应该没什么人买来收租的.  住了那边一阵, 觉得很多是很实在的"有钱人", 槟岛的还会想那租金盖.. 大山脚的是装修到超级皇宫自己住.
除了店屋.. bank 要租就发了...
