Following of the Acquisition of the entire equity interest in Pixelcloud by TCB, Pixelcloud has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCB.
Pixelcloud was incorporated in Malaysia on 25 October 2018 as a private limited company. The total paid-up share capital of Pixelcloud is RM1.00 comprising of one (1) ordinary share and its principal activity is general trading.
