Query Letter Contents	We refer to your announcement dated 7 June 2013 in respect of the abovementioned matter. In this regard, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- 1. The particulars of contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by MIHSB arising from the Acquisition. 2. The manner in which the purchase consideration will be satisfied including terms of any arrangement for payment on a deferred basis. 3. The effect of the Acquisition on the earnings per share of the Focus Dynamics Technologies Berhad group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.

We refer to the announcement made on 7 June 2013 in relation to the acquisition of 51% equity interest in Max Wisdom Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 920417-A) (“MWSB”) by Marquee International Holding Sdn. Bhd. (“MIHSB”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Acquisition”). The Board wishes to announce that Datuk Chai Woon Chet (NRIC No. 781224-06-5263) (“the Vendor”) obtained the necessary approvals from the Board and the shareholders of MWSB for the transfer and registration of 510,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in MWSB (“the Shares”) in the name of MIHSB on 25 June 2013. The balance purchase consideration has been made to the Vendor on 26 June 2013. In view of the aforesaid payment, the Acquisition is completed on 26 June 2013. This announcement is dated 26 June 2013.
