我刚喝100%whey protein两个礼拜~
每天早上和晚上一杯~
有gym后在加一杯~
效果soso~可能刚开始吧~哈哈 |

我本身有尿酸, 那天刚在Guardian 买了Balance Pure Whey Protein Isolate， RM207 disc 20% = RM165.60. 不知这个适合尿酸的我喝吗? 这是健身后的Supplement, 对吗?
现在我的朋友介绍我No-Xplode, 健身前的Supplement. 不过我check了GNC, member discount 都要RM311, 很贵下. 各位大大可否拿到更好价, 或者有没有更好的介绍? |
