（吉隆坡18日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）截至9月30日第三季，净利按年下跌34.1%。

该季净利从上财年同期的2260万5000令吉，萎缩至1488万9000令吉，或每股盈利2.83仙。

营业额也同步下跌，从上财年同期的1亿4939万9000令吉，减少17%，至1亿2401万3000令吉。

派息3仙

CB工业产品指出，由于从事消防车、救护车等车子翻新的特别用途工具（SPV）业务订单按年走跌40%，因而令营业额和税前盈利减少。

而在首九个月的表现也失色，净利按年下跌18.4%至5465万8000令吉，而营业额也滑落9.5%至3亿5727万8000令吉。

尽管如此，该公司仍然宣布派发每股3仙的第二中期股息，除权日是下个月11日，并于明年1月6日派息。【南洋网财经】

新增订单超标 CB工业财测上调4%

（吉隆坡8日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）获得阿末查基（AZRB，7078，主板建筑股）子公司颁发的5107万5200令吉合约，预期可净赚1030万令吉，促使分析员把财测调高3%至4%。

肯纳格投行分析员指出，CB工业产品将在印尼加里曼丹西部，兴建一座每小时产能达60公吨的棕油厂。

“我们对此感到正面，因为这项合约把CB工业产品截至目前的新增订单，提高至4.5亿令吉，符合预期。”

丰隆投行研究与安联星展研究分析员都表示，CB工业产品的新增订单，已增加到4.4亿至4.5亿令吉，超越了双方预测的4亿令吉水平。

肯纳格投行分析员估计，这项合约的税前盈利赚幅可达22%，由此，这将为公司捎来1030万令吉净利。

如今，公司的未完成订单规模，超越了5.5亿令吉，相信直至2017年初，这些订单可为原棕油厂房设备业务带来良好盈利。

后年订单预测4亿

“CB工业产品的订单可支撑盈利表现，而且较少波动；因此，相信CB工业产品比许多种植公司，具备更良好的上行潜力，所以我们维持‘超越大市’评级。”

安联星展研究分析员纳入新增订单走高的因素后，将公司明后年财测调涨3%至4%，目标价也提高至2.20令吉。

但明后年的新增订单预测，依然分别维持在3.7亿和4亿令吉。

“尽管CB工业产品今年的新增订单优于预期，但随着原棕油价格持续低企，加上埃尔尼诺（El Nino）将打击鲜果串产量，促使业者削减资本开销，这些因素都可能影响公司的盈利。”【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡22日讯）特別用途交通工具业务较高的盈利贡献，及外匯收益，预计將带动CB工业產品（CBIP，7076，主板工业股）交出优于预期的2015財政年末季（截至12月31日止）业绩。

CB工业產品即將在週二（23日）公佈2015財政年末季业绩。

安联星展研究分析员预料，特別用途交通工具业务的盈利表现良好，加上外匯收益，將推高该公司2015財政年的净利达8500万令吉，这高于他们和市场预期的8000万令吉。

该分析员表示，CB工业產品棕油厂配备业务订单高达约5亿令吉，意味著即使没有获得任何新订单，该公司的业务也不会停顿下来。

另外，该公司持股51%的特別用途交通工具子公司，订单也维持稳健，达约2亿5000万令吉。

该公司2015財政年盈利按年料走跌，归咎于其工业免税地位届满，有效税率走高所影响。展望未来，安联星展研究分析员看好，CB工业產品2016財政年盈利將取得双位数成长。

（吉隆坡26日讯）CB工业（CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd，CBIP）预计，2016财政年料将维持去年的业绩表现，因超级厄尔尼诺现象（El Nino）重挫种植公司的产量，削减成本已成为种植业者首要目的。

CB工业大股东兼董事经理林再明表示，种植业者纷纷想尽办法削减营运及安全成本，因此，该集团维持今年包揽4亿至5亿令吉的合约目标。

他说：“我们未来一至两年仍处于舒适水平。”

他是在今日的公司常年股东大会后，向theedgemarkets.com发表上述言论。

当被询及种植业者今年面临的挑战因素时，他补充：“我们希望能维持业绩表现。我们的客户依旧强稳，他们仍需继续营运。”

不过，他承认，当前艰巨的营运环境，在某种程度上已对该集团造成影响。具体来说，去年原棕油（CPO）价格疲弱，导致CB工业的收款进度放缓，需要长达90至120天才能收到款项。

“若原棕油价格保持在每桶2500令吉，我们仍处于舒适水平，而我们也取决于客户的表现。”

CB工业的主要业务为棕油领域的工程方面，并根据其专利Modipalm棕油厂系统（2003年起开始出售）为客户兴建棕油厂。

CB工业2015财年净利年增2.68%至9365万令吉，同期净赚9121万令吉，因棕油厂设备（POME）业务及改造特殊用途公司（RSPV）业务的税前盈利提高24%。

棕油厂设备业务走好主要是兑汇利率利好，以及上财年进行的项目增多，因而推高盈利赚幅；而改造特殊用途公司业务的良好表现，归功于项目管理与交付有所改善。

除此之外，棕油产品产量走高，促使CB工业联号公司和联营公司的业绩表现走好。

然而，2015财年营业额按年下跌7.79%至5亿5409万令吉，同期报6亿89万令吉，归咎于来自棕油厂设备业务及改造特殊用途公司业务的项目付款进度较缓慢。

CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）宣布以3780万令吉，脱售三家印尼种植子公司的部分股权。

该公司是以约1510万令吉脱售PT Gumas AlamSubur的74%股权、以1510万令吉售PT KurunSumber Rezeki的74%股权，以及770万令吉售PT Manyangan Jaya的74%股权。

在完成脱售后，CB工业产品在这三家公司的持股权为20%，并可选择在3年内再把这批股权脱售给买家。

行家建议

这数家公司拥有4万6000公顷的土地未种植土地。

这项脱售活动对CB工业产品的盈利影响不大，预计公司将把脱售所得用于推动现有的印尼业务。

CB工业产品未来两年的核心净利预测维持不变，不过，本财年净利则稍微下跌低于1%，至1亿90万令吉。

根据该公司2016至17财年的20仙每股核心净利预测，维持“超越大市”评级，以及2.34令吉的目标价不变。
