立通国际表示，子公司立通营销与XS21无线签署联营协议，后者主要业务是提供电信技术及相关服务。

根据协议，立通营销和XS21无线在联营公司，将分别持股60%及40%。

不过，若公司无法赢得任何项目竞标，协议将会终止。

成功机构频加码立通 U Mobile 拟后门上市?

（吉隆坡10日讯）成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）近期频密累积立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）股票，市场传言或是为U Mobile后门上市作准备。

成功机构，从去年10月握有立通国际13.84%股权，增持至30.77%，与强制全购底线33%相距不远。

掌控成功机构的丹斯里陈志远，则直接持有立通国际1.3%股权。

市场传出，陈志远积极累积立通国际，是为了给持股44.67%的UMobile后门上市铺路。

U Mobile其他大股东，包括新加坡Straits Mobile投资（49%），以及持股6.33%的万能（MAGNUM，3859，主板贸服股）。

《The Edge》财经周刊引述立通国际总执行长刘必顺称，不确定陈志远是否有任何并购计划。

他表明本身无法为陈志远发言，但把对方近期的行动，视作立通国际有信心。

就算外界揣测陈志远的行动，可能改变立通国际的未来，但刘必顺强调，公司基本面和增长展望依然良好。

“经过连续3年获利，如今其中一大挑战是确保持续营运。过去一年，我们感到很高兴，因为除了我们的语音和数据业务，其他服务也逐渐迈向成熟发展期。”

立通次季赚529万

（吉隆坡20日讯）立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）截至去年11月30日现财年次季净利按年下跌13%至529万5000令吉，上财年同期为604万4000令吉。

次季净利下跌主要是因为上财年同期纳入了脱售立通移动35%股权的一次性盈利。

不过，受益于数据业务带动，次季营业额按年增47%至4481万令吉，上财年同期为3045万4000令吉。

立通国际上半年净利则按年微跌0.3%至972万5000令吉，而营业额则增19%至7897万8000令吉。

该公司放眼政府数据工程带动成长，为其综合通讯业务增值。另外，远程医疗服务业务也会在未来做出贡献。【南洋网财经】

答：數據、光纖及管理服務業務支撐立通國際的前景，雖然上半年業績平緩，在TIME3（T3）延伸計劃計劃下，下半年業績看俏。

肯納格研究表示，該公司許多工程將會反映在下半年的業績，特別是末季業績，包括T3延伸計劃、無線網絡及光纖工程。

該公司上半年營收成長19%至7千900萬令吉，數據及語音業務分別貢獻4千200萬及3千260萬令吉。兩者的成長主要來自T3計劃2千450萬令吉的認可，因中國預付及充值市場的需求。此外，行政費用及勞力成本提高，以致營運盈利下跌6%至1千440萬令吉。

當中，次季營收上升31%，其中2千萬令吉是來自T3計劃的盈利貢獻。稅前盈利也提昇10%至550萬令吉。（不過，其中500萬令吉是來自脫售子公司35%股權所獲得。）分析員認為，數據、光纖及管理服務仍將是驅動該公司未來淨利主要的關鍵。

分析員認為，近期催化因素包括受惠於與明訊NSA協議偕同效應、繼續提供政府及企業數據工程及轉主板。不過，需面對無法從政府及其他企業獲得更多合約。

立通提供Platino宽频连接 巩固柔市场 收入稳健

（吉隆坡12日讯）立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）独资子公司立通行销私人有限公司，与地产发展商Trilink Pyramid私人有限公司签约，为后者位于大马依斯干达的Platino服务式公寓提供高速宽频连接。

Trilink Pyramid是IOI产业（IOIPG，5249，主板产业股）的子公司。

在该项配合下，立通将以独家方式为Platino多达711个服务式公寓单位的住户，提供特别定制的宽频配套长达2年，计划预料将在今年底竣工。

立通国际总执行长刘必顺发文告表示，这可为立通带来更多契机，以拓展其涵盖宽频和数据服务，这也是立通国际的四大业务支柱之一。

魏俊明不再是大股东

“如今，电讯服务是集团最主要的业务支柱，大约贡献了60%的收入。与Platino所签署的2年合约，不仅可为我们提供持续收入，同时也十分符合我们接下来放眼开创稳健收入来源的业务目标。”

他指出，柔佛正逐渐发展成为立通国际的重要市场，该公司与Trilink Pyramid的合作计划势必将进一步巩固该公司在柔州的市场定位。

参与签约仪式的出席者，还包括IOI产业高级总经理林明扬。

此外，集团也在昨日宣布，由于董事经理拿督魏俊明持股率低于5%，所以不再是公司大股东。

（吉隆坡16日讯）柔佛苏丹依布拉欣殿下通过转换凭单和不可赎回、可转换、无担保债券（ICULS），增持立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）至20.13%股权，成为最大股东。

根据文告，依布拉欣殿下在上周二（10日）将凭单和ICULS转换成3439万2000股，将持股权增至8.92%。

殿下今日再于场外增持7460万8000股，相等11.21%，将持股权提高至20.13%。

据了解，这批场外交易的股权交易价为每股80仙，较今日83仙的闭市价低3.6%。

在过去一年里，殿下一直稳定增持利通国际股权，立通主席拿督斯里赛阿里表示，该公司正放眼进一步巩固业务成长，将迈入盈利大幅增长期，对殿下成为最大股东表达欢迎。

柔苏丹大股东效应　立通写1年新高

（吉隆坡17日讯）隨著柔佛苏丹依布拉欣殿下跃升成为立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）持股20%的大股东，带动该公司股价今天应声上升，盘中触及90仙，写52周新高水平，最终以88仙掛收，全天上涨5仙或6.02%。

针对以上新进展，肯纳格研究分析员认为，强大的股东背景无疑將加强该公司的形象，同时也会提升该公司竞投合约的能力，特別是柔佛州政府及其他州政府所控制的公司的相关项目。

此外，该分析员补充说，鉴于丹斯里陈志远及其公司--Juara　Sejati私人有限公司，目前共持有立通国际超过28%的股权，所以不排除立通国际酝酿著一些「有趣」的企业活动。

周一（3月16日），立通国际宣布，柔佛苏丹依布拉欣殿下通过转换凭单及不可赎回可转换无担保债券股（ICULS），加上之前从市场上所购买的股份，其在立通国际的持股已增至1亿3400万股或占缴足资本的约20.13%，从而跃升为该公司的新大股东。

展望未来，肯纳格研究分析员指出，立通国际在解决2014財政年的会计问题后，將计划转至大马交易所主板上市。

回顾，立通国际的外部稽查师--Messrs.Crowe Horwath公司，在早前针对该公司截至2014年5月31日止的財务报告中的一笔高达1560万令吉的第三方债务，表示「保留意见（qualifiedo pinion）」。

短期利好因素

分析员称，立通国际的短期潜在利好因素，包括：一，预料可持续获得政府及企业数据相关的合约项目；二，成功转板至主板上市。

无论如何，该分析员指出，由于公司的基本面並无变化，所以维持该公司的盈利预测。

因此，该分析员也维持该股「与大市同步」投资评级及77仙的目標价。

分析员说，由于该公司目前的股价已高于目標价，所以建议投资者继续守住该股，以等待以上的有利因素落实。

柔佛蘇丹成大股東‧立通寫10年新高

（吉隆坡17日訊）柔佛蘇丹依布拉欣崛起成為大股東的消息，帶動立通國際（REDTONE,0032,創業板貿服組）大熱走高，最高一度上漲7仙或8.4%至90仙水平，寫下近10年新高。

該股閉市時上漲5仙或6.02%，報88仙，刷新2005年12月28日以來收盤新高，成交量達1千零50萬6千200萬股。

根據立通的股權變動通知，柔佛蘇丹透過增購股票，加上轉換憑單和不可贖回可轉換無擔保債券（ICULS），令股權從4.8%升至20.13%或相等於1億3千400萬股股票。

柔佛蘇丹即將於3月23日登基，在登基活動正如火如荼的進行之際，他這次的購買行動吸引了市場的目光。他是在昨日一口氣買下7千460萬8千股股票，賣主是立通大股東拿督斯里賽阿里，價格不詳。

交易所資訊顯示，賽阿里脫售該批股票後，仍掌握立通的7千零9萬9千931股，持股達10.53%。

投標更具優勢

肯納格研究表示，擁有強大的股東無疑將進一步增強立通國際的實力，未來在投標上更具優勢，尤其是由柔佛州政府所控制的公司和/或其它政府相關計劃。

“丹斯里陳志遠和旗下公司（Juara Sejati私人有限公司及其它公司）目前擁有立通國際的逾28%股權，不排除接下來會有一些企業行動。”

放眼轉主板上市

展望立通國際的前景，肯納格指出，立通國際在解決2014年財報爭議後，正放眼轉板至主板上市。之前其外部稽查師國富浩華（Crowe Horwath）對截至2014年3月31日財政年一筆1千560萬令吉的第三方欠款持保留意見。

管理層相信可以在未來數月落實的短期催化因素，包括了政府和企業數據相關計劃（遠程放射和保健解決方案），以及成功轉板上市。

肯納格研究基於該股基本面無變動，而維持財測不變，目標價為77仙，本益比14.5倍。雖然該股價格已高於合理價，但建議投資者繼續守住該股和等候有關催化因素落實。

在2014年2月，柔佛蘇丹支付3億9千600萬令吉買進陳志遠私人擁有的MOL Access Portal私人有限公司的15%股權。

MOL Access Portal的母公司MOL全球在去年第四季成功於美國納斯達克交易所上市。

出价每股80仙　成功机构献购立通

（吉隆坡27日讯）隨著丹斯里陈志远掌控的成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）以每股80仙或总价5607万令吉，增持立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）7009万9931股股票，或相等于10.53%股权后，该机构在立通国际的持股率已提高至35.84%，触动了全面献购条例；因此，成功机构以相同的价格，即每股80仙，向立通国际剩余的4亿2702万股股票或64.16%股权，提出全面献购。同时，也建议以每股32仙，全面献购立通国际9750万1835张不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS）。

无论如何，成功机构有意保留立通国际的上市地位。

配合以上企业活动，立通国际和成功机构的股票在周五下午3时开始暂停交易，直到下午5时，它们暂停交易前股价，分別是83仙和44仙。两者股票將在下周一（30日）恢復交易。

以立通国际暂停交易前掛价83仙计算，成功机构的每股80仙献购价，折价3.6%。

立通国际和成功机构今天傍晚双双发文告宣布，成功机构的间接独资子公司--Juara Sejati私人有限公司，以每股80仙，或总价5607万令吉，向立通国际主席拿督斯里赛阿里控制的Indah Pusaka私人有限公司，收购立通国际的7009万9931股股票，或相等于10.53%股权。

完成此项收购后，Juara Sejati公司和相关人士在立通国际的持股率提升至35.84%，触动了全面献购条例。

这些相关人士，包括最终献购者－－成功机构、菲律宾成功公司、Prime Credit Leasing私人有限公司、成功集团、陈志远和徐吉金（译音）。

由於已触动全面献购条例，所以最终献购者--成功机构，建议以每股80仙，收购立通国际剩余的64.16%股权，同时也以每股32仙，收购立通国际的9750万1835张ICULS。

然而，文告也指出，献购方有意维持立通国际的上市地位。

根据《彭博社》数据，立通国际週五出现为数7010万股，或佔缴足资本约10.53%的大批股票，在场外以5608万令吉，或每股80仙的价格易手。这批股权就是由Indah Pusaka公司脱售给Juara Sejati公司。

第3季净利暴涨60倍

另一方面，成功机构也在今天公布业绩，其2015財政年第3季（截至1月31日止）净利暴涨60倍，至9亿7540万令吉，去年同期为1597万令吉；营业额则按年微跌6.6%，至22亿1047万令吉，去年同期为23亿6661万令吉。

该公司首9个月净利按年激增11倍，至11亿3676万令吉，去年同期为9003万令吉；营业额也按年上涨18%，至72亿7155万令吉，去年同期为61亿5956万令吉。【东方网财经】
