林再明成功无捷径 CB棕油提炼技术先驱

大马常年如夏，得天独厚的气候条件，促使大马成为全球最大的棕油生产国。

随着棕油加工厂不断增加，这些工厂对环境所造成污染的议题，逐渐受到业者的重视。

早在80年代开始设立专门提供给棕油种植业者的Modipalm棕油提炼厂的CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，工业产品组），在董事经理林再明的带领之下，目前已是业界的领头羊，深受业者的欢迎。

1000元创业

但是，林再明坦言，这一路走来，创业之路并非一帆风顺，能够在这36年里在业界屹立不倒，靠的全是坚持与专业的技术，为业者提供最值得信赖的系统。

林再明回忆起创业的往事时表示，由于他生长在贫穷的家庭，因此被逼在学校毕业之后就踏入社会工作。

凭着对机械有着浓厚的兴趣，他在80年代初就靠着1000令吉的本钱，带着两名弟弟出来创业。

“早期，我们是从事机械维修、生产小型产品以及提供一些零件买卖的小型公司，每天都必须亲力亲为为顾客服务。”

他说，由于每天都必须面对现金流动的问题，他唯有凡事都亲力亲为，提供最好的服务，与顾客打好关系，冀望顾客能够早点清还账目，以解决燃眉之急。

林再明就是靠着这股诚恳、服务好的态度，让许多顾客开始信任他，帮他解决了在金钱流动上的困难。

Modipalm系统需求渐增

1983年，林再明看到了棕油业与棕油提炼厂这相辅相成的前景，并认为以他对于机械方面的技术及兴趣，能够为棕油种植业带来一些技术上的贡献。

他说，在开始为棕油业者提供这个Modipalm系统时，的确面对许多问题，除了产品的不足，同行的竞争也让他吃尽苦头。

“由于Modipalm棕油提炼厂是全自动化的系统，在初期我们面对了技术上还不成熟的问题，不获业者认同。再加上建造传统棕油提炼厂同行的竞争，我们可说是两头不到岸。但是，这些困难并没有让我们打退堂鼓，反而激起要提供史上最好、最安全的棕油提炼厂的决心。”

注册专利

随着十多年不断的在技术上做出改进及提升，目前的Modipalm棕油提炼厂已经是一个健全及稳定操作的系统。

其推行的“零废物排放”，正是响应全球环保趋势的最佳实践，深获大马种植企业接受。

已经获得专利权注册的Modipalm棕油提炼厂技术，需求稳健成长，此产品有能力：1）提高榨取量（OER）2）使经榨取的棕油品质更佳3）全自动化，减少员工和意外4）使工作环境更干净及工作地点更安全“不少业者认为我们提供的科技比其他公司卓越，包括节省劳工、棕油榨取率偏高等，这让公司在市场上的地位逐渐稳固。”

榨油率更高

林再明贯彻其使种植园主信服的努力，因其Modipalm工厂比传统工厂更有效率。

他指出，Modipalm工厂的棕油榨油率高出1%，而棕仁核榨油率也比传统工厂高0.5%。

以每年20万公吨鲜果串产能的园丘为例，他说，棕油榨油率每增加1%，每年产能将增加额外2000公吨棕油，根据目前每公吨3000令吉价格，将相等于每年额外600万令吉收益。

另外，棕仁核榨油率提高0.5%，意味着1000公吨的棕仁，这可带来额外300万令吉的收益。

成熟技术备受好评

林再明说，从80年代至今，这一行的竞争都非常激烈，CB工业多面对的竞争对手主要是建造传统棕油提炼厂业者，及种植业者对于提炼科技的看法。

“Modipalm棕油提炼厂与传统的提炼厂是完全不同的系统，前者是全自动化、安全、干净及员工数量不多；后者则需要很多员工来看管整间提炼厂的运作，而且工作地点肮脏、需要在高温的情况下工作。因此，在这两种技术完全不同情况下，许多业者认为Modipalm棕油提炼厂属‘新科技’，对其可靠性有所保留。”

他接着说，Modipalm棕油提炼厂系统至今拥有逾30年的历史，并不属于“新科技”，而且技术方面已完全成熟，可靠性十足。

“我们的系统在国内外皆获得许多业者的欢迎，包括获得常青（PNG）集团子公司Gilford有限公司，颁发一项价值4600万令吉，在巴布亚新几内亚兴建每小时60公吨持续杀酵的棕油厂、重新获得森那美集团颁发的合约等等，一再地说明我们的系统拥有品质保证。”

天下没有免费午餐

询及对于欲创业的人有什么忠告时，他语重心长的表示，成功没有捷径，天下也没有白吃的午餐。

他以自身的创业过程为例，当初仅靠着1000令吉创业，除了努力打拼之外，并没有任何的捷径让他走到今天有能力管理一家上市公司。

“作为一家企业的领导者，除了需要拥有创立生意模式的知识及勤劳之外，懂得尊重公司里的员工也是非常重要的。员工是公司的资产，没有他们的配合打拼，就没有成功的企业。因此，身为一名领导者必须时刻照顾每名员工的福利以及珍惜每名员工的付出。”

业务遍布全球

目前，CB工业业务遍布大马、哥伦比亚、中南美洲、巴布亚新几内亚、印尼和西非。

当问及CB工业在业界从零到成为一家上市公司，是否属于一家成功的企业，他笑着说，“还不算成功！”

他说，只有本地一些较大且有名的棕油种植业者，能接受以技术取代传统式提炼厂的概念，那才算是CB工业真正的成功。但，他有信心，今年内会有奇迹出现，这些知名的业者将采用他们的系统。

除了建造棕油提炼厂之外，CB工业也为延伸了其业务，在印尼加里曼丹约有8000公顷的地段，栽种棕油。林再明解释道，公司涉足种植业务，因为拥有这方面的知识，同时也能提供所需科技，以支持业务发展。

对于公司未来发展的前景，林再明信心满满的称，基于目前的订单和所接获的洽询，他相信CB工业的核心工程业务将顺利成长。

实际上，他相信将在未来10年保持成长，数以百计工厂将在期间建造，以支持陆续成熟的油棕面积及替代旧工厂。

（吉隆坡24日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）获得泰国EasternTrat公司，颁发价值超过3132万令吉的合约。

CB工业产品向马交所报备，子公司Modipalm工程，将负责设计、供应、组装、试跑每小时提炼3045公吨的Modipalm持续消毒棕油厂。

厂房地点坐落在泰国哒叻直辖县，合约总额为3132万1425令吉，将带动公司今明两年的盈利。

该股周五闭市上扬0.5%或1仙，闭市报2.02令吉，成交量达到46万5200股。【南洋网财经】

CB工業 總訂單值逾5億

（吉隆坡26日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）獲總值3132萬令吉合約，料將進一步推動公司總訂單至5億令吉以上，這意味公司原棕油設施業務可持續貢獻淨利至2015財年末季，利好推動該股走高。

CB工業今日開盤時，報平盤2.02令吉，隨后持續走高，休市時報2.07令吉，起5仙，半日成交量錄得37萬5700股。閉市時，該股起4仙至2.06令吉，成交量達67萬5100股。

肯納格證券研究指出，這份合約標誌著CB工業今日首份獲得的合約，相信這將進一步推高公司訂單。估計稅務與攤銷前盈利（EBIT）賺幅為23%，該合約料可貢獻660萬令吉淨利。

“我們維持核心淨利預測，2014財年為9600萬令吉，2015財年為8400萬令吉，2014財年至2015財年潛在合約估計為3億令吉至3億2500萬令吉。”

董事经理林再明指出：“在本地，尤其是西马和沙巴，仍有许多效率失佳的老旧工厂。许多人正寻求资本开销以重组它们的工厂，这是我们的机会。”

他透露，该公司目前正投标10项油棕厂计划，每项价值介于1000万至7000万令吉。

“其中大部分计划是在海外，从印尼以至巴布亚新几内亚。而约2至3项计划是来自本地公司。”

他说：“我们争取合约的成功率处于70%的高水平。”

他表示，CB工业产品从今年开始已经赢得4项总值2亿5000万令吉的棕油厂合约。

（吉隆坡28日讯）受到联号公司拖累，CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪，首季净利下滑5.5%，达2199万9000令吉，或相等于每股盈利4.14仙。

上财年同期获2328万7000令吉，或8.78仙。

CB工业产品表示，联号公司当季净利收170万令吉，比上财年同期200万令吉，跌15%。

该公司向马交所报备，当季营业额达1亿1764万5000令吉，跌2.8%，上财年同期录得1亿2103万9000令吉。

CB工业产品表示，由于特殊用途公司的订单比上财年同期跌42%，导致首季营业额下滑。

该公司表示，希望今年业绩由棕油厂设施业务和特殊用途公司业务带动。

（吉隆坡19日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季，净赚较去年同期的2111万7000令吉，按年跌19%，至1711万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，从事消防车、救护车等车子翻新的特别用途工具（SPV），业务订单走跌，拖累营业额按年跌7%，报1亿1562万令吉，逊于去年同期的1亿2442万2000令吉。

CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）截至目前，已取得总值2亿令吉的原棕油相关器械合约。

目前，手持订单已提高至5.5亿令吉，足以让公司忙碌至明年底。

另外，CB工业产品的零排放废物处理系统厂房，将在明年正式启用。

行家建议
CB工业产品今年新订单总值，可能会超越我们预测的4亿令吉。

不过，公司现财年盈利，预计会受税务减免优惠截止的影响，我们因而把财测下修3%，预期营业额可持平。

但公司下财年，可得益于新订单的贡献，重拾增长势头。

而且新厂房即将在明年开始营运，预期可帮助公司减低实际税务，有望成为另一盈利催化剂。

随着投资者恐慌抛售马股，CB工业产品股价如今也跌至诱人水平，所以，我们把评级调高至“买入”。
