电子游戏专家 刘詠天任Sedania 行销总监

（吉隆坡4日讯）Sedania创新（SEDANIA，0178，创业板）宣布，委任电子游戏专家刘詠天为行销总监。

根据文告，刘詠天曾在电子游戏服务提供商OffGamers私人有限公司，以及数码营销机构Gapture大马私人有限公司工作。

他在电子游戏领域、数码营销、电子付账、接触社交媒体、网络分析、接触用户和线上信誉管理方面，已有超过10年的经验。

Sedania创新董事经理拿督努阿兹林通过文告表示，大马的电子游戏玩家目前约有1000万人，且正迅速增长中。

“基于刘詠天的专业和经验，公司将有能力把电子游戏的社群，加入我们产品及服务的潜在市场。”

刘詠天不仅仅在开发业务和行销策划方面相当活跃，同时，也很深入了解数码消费者的行为，以执行成功的营销活动。

他也是行销总监亚太顾问委员会的成员之一，也获谷歌认证为“Adwords专家”。

身为Sedania创新的行销总监，刘詠天将负责策划、开发和执行公司的行销和广告举措。

目前，公司已从首次公开募股（IPO）资金中拨出410万令吉，作为未来两年的行销资金。【南洋网财经】

創新推新App‧看好通訊消費將回流

（吉隆坡16日訊）創新（SEDANIA，0178，創業板科技組）樂觀看待明年消費情況，認為消費者在瞭解消費稅後，通訊消費將回流。

創新執行董事費洛斯表示，目前該集團提供的手機通話時間轉移分享服務每日可達26萬6千項交易，惟他承認，比起集團上市後的每日32萬4千項交易，交易量有所下跌。

他認為，營業額下跌是因為經濟低迷，加上實施消費稅後，消費者減少消費所導致。

費洛斯樂觀看待明年的消費情況，他認為消費者瞭解消費稅之後，消費將會回流，包括通訊消費。

費洛斯是於該集團為“ShareShare OTT”手機應用程式舉行推介禮及與本地藝人SonaOne進行簽約儀式後，在新聞發佈會上表示。

他說，“ShareShare OTT”是市場首個為天地通（Celcom）、明訊（MAXIS，6012，主板貿服組）、數碼網絡（DIGI，6947，主板基建計劃組）、Tune Talk及U-Mobile預付卡用戶提供加額、通話時間轉賬及通話時間要求服務的手機應用程式。

他說，該手機應用程式主攻年輕人市場，因為目前越來越多人使用上網服務，加上手機應用程式越來越普遍。

他說，根據大馬通訊及多媒體委員會（MCMC），智能手機在大馬的滲透率已從2013年的37.4%增加至2014年的53.4%。

費洛斯說，集團目前已投入250萬令吉在研發上，ShareShare OTT是其中一個成品。

他也提到目前與孟加拉Robi亞通的合作將有很大的成長空間，當地目前擁有2千500萬通訊服務用戶。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡3日訊）移動用戶平台供應商Sedania創新（SEDANIA，0178，創業板科技）與U Mobile建立合作關係，為U Mobile用戶提供通話時間共享服務（Airtime Sharing Service）。

“我們可通過電訊公司接觸的市場約5800萬人，樂觀看待這項合作，預計可貢獻公司2016財年及未來表現，同時將推進公司整體交易量，推動共享概念。”

Sedania創新執行董事費洛茲與U Mobile總營銷長李詩穎簽署合作協議后如是指出，出席者包括Sedania創新董事經理拿督阿茲林，及非執行董事丹斯里諾萊札。

U Mobile用戶可在今年下半年開始，通過簡訊或應用程序轉發和尋求通訊額度，不過實際可轉發的價格額度有待商討。

李詩穎稱：“我們的合作為旗下用戶帶來其他附加服務。目前我們仍在商討發展項目，相信未來合作範圍或擴展至其他服務。”

她補充，U Mobile現有400萬名用戶，90%為預付服務用戶，智能手機滲透率達77%也是電訊領域業者中最高水平。雖然預付服務客戶占多數，但每人每月的數據使用量最高，因此網絡用戶也是該公司專注焦點。

此外，李詩穎指大馬的預付用戶占80%，后付用戶則是20%，這是一個穩健的比重，雖然U Mobile希望將旗下客戶群達到雷同比重，亦不介意維持90%預付和10%后付的比例。

創新擴展東盟電訊業務

（吉隆坡10日訊）創新（SEDANIA，0178，創業板科技組）與東盟電訊業者洽談合作項目，料今年內有結果。

該公司執行董事費洛斯在股東大會後表示，除了原有的客戶外，公司目前正在與其他電訊業者洽談合作事宜，待敲定後，將會做出詳細的公告。

“若雙方成功簽約，將驅動公司業務成長。”

創新是流動用戶平台供應商，為電訊用戶提供餘額轉賬服務，合作夥伴包括明訊（MAXIS，6012，主板貿服組）、天地通、Tunetalk、孟加拉Robi電訊及Umobile。

“孟加拉當地人口高達1億5千萬人，手機滲透率低於50%，而Robi的用戶只有2千800萬名，且還不斷成長。”

他表示，公司去年推出Share Share手機程式（app），目前已經有5萬人下載，未來2年，公司將撥出500萬令吉，以推廣手機程式。

有關電訊業者進行削價戰方面，他表示，並不會對公司造成太大影響。

“電訊業需為用戶提供更多的服務，才能挽留用戶，而公司的平台可以為相關業者提供更多的服務，有助與雙方的業務成長。”

詢及進軍海外業務方面，他說，公司正在物色人口眾多的國家，如東盟。

“東盟人口高達6億5千萬人，公司沒有必要捨近求遠，將業務擴展至太遠的地區。”（星洲日報／財經）

Sedania创新与美国Clodera合作

（八打灵再也25日讯）Sedania创新（SEDANIA，0178，创业板）宣布，与美国Clodera软件公司签署伙伴协议，以获得大数据分析服务在东南亚区域的独家经营权。

该公司将提供Cloudera公司的数据分析服务，予马来西亚及其他东南亚区域的公司。

此外，Sedania创新也是Cloudera公司在东南亚的唯一及第一位顶级伙伴，该合约为期5年，从今季起生效。

Sedania创新董事经理拿督努阿兹林表示：“东南亚区域科技用户，制造了大量的数码数据，也促进了解消费者行为的企业方案需求。我们已经开始接触潜在客户，例如电信、公用事业和银行业者。”

Clodera东南亚及印度区域总裁约瑟夫李（译音）认为，由于东南亚区域人口乐于接受新数码趋势，他看好该区域数据分析市场的前景。

董事经理拿督努阿兹林在文告中指出，公司已从首次公开募股（IPO）筹集的资金中，拨出部分资金来进行大数据分析，来了解消费者对通话时间共享（Airtime sharing，简称ATS）的消费行为。“数据分析对我们而言，是非常重要的，因为这可以了解更多用户对ATS的使用频率、地点和用户年龄层等，有助公司获得相关资讯，来进行营销活动。”

努阿兹林续称，公司接下来有意在营销方面，进一步加大力度，冀望能够更有效率地在目标市场深耕。



让我们回顾SEDANIA上市以来的业绩，如上图可见SEDANIA的REVENUE一直都是很稳定的，2015年四月起大马的消费税开跑而造成营业额有稍微下降，不过管理层认为GST开跑所造成的影响只需要一段时间的过渡期来让消费者适应。



至于SEDANIA为什么会进入净亏损的状态，如上图可见是因为研发开销过大营业额而导致亏损的。



这是2016第二季度里的文告所给的解释，季度业绩进入亏损是因为公司扩展计划的开销所导致的。

上市至今长达一年半了，根据管理层的两年研发开销计划即将进入尾声，那么SEDANIA业务也即将扭亏为盈?



根据SEDANIA最新新闻里透露，老板预计2016年下半年的财政年度将会有机会扭亏为盈



另外在2016年7月25日，SEDANIA也和美国的Clourdera大数据先锋签了长达五年的策略伙伴合作合约，透过SEDANIA专门代理东南亚的业务。

即将发布的2016年第三季度业绩有看头？



从2016年第二季度文告里得知，来临的季度业绩将会有额外新的电讯公司贡献于盈利，这个客户应该就是U MOBILE。

今年年初，Sedania创新与UMobile签署合作协议，提供通话时间共享（Airtime sharing，简称ATS）服务给后者。在这项合作下，Sedania创新预计，目标市场将扩大至接近5800万名用户。

Sedania创新总执行长甘苏卡欣表示，UMobile预付用户可从今年下半年开始使用该服务，让他们能够通过短信转账通话余额。

SEDANIA下跌空间有限？



从图表可以看到，它的股价从最高峰RM 0.48 到最低的幅度已经高达48%，从近期股价成交量上看开始活跃起来了，难道正在进行底部收票的过程？

最后值得注意的是，SEDANIA的每股净现金高达RM 0.155，也就是说股价虽然是RM 0.25但是扣除每股净现金后其实只需付RM 0.095而已。

Sedania创新提供消防物联网方案

（吉隆坡27日讯）Sedania创新（SEDANIA，0178，创业板）宣布，独资子公司IDOTTV私人有限公司与Iscada Net（IS.NET）私人有限公司签署战略合作合约，携手合作为消拯局（JBPM）提供物联网（IoT）解决方案。

该公司今天向马交所报备，双方已在上周二（20日）签约，将为消拯局的自动消防系统（SPKA），提供IS.NET消防安全门户网站（IFSP），为期5年。

IDOTTV将负责为IS.NET设计、开发、采购，以及提供IFSP设备形式的物联网解决方案。

取代电脑化火警系统

该合约已在上周三（21日）起生效。

IS.NET私人有限公司成立于2009年，是先进综合火灾探测解决方案和其他电子维护解决方案的技术提供商。

同时，JBPM委任IS.NET担任消防的直接防火链接服务提供商，即SPKA，取代了现有的电脑化火警警报监控和通信系统（CMS）。【e南洋】
