新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)获海事重工(MHB,5186,主板贸服股)颁发两项合约,总值180万令吉。

第一个合约是由海事重工所颁出,合约价值为120万令吉;第二个合约,则是由海事重工子公司Techno Indah所颁发,总值60万令吉。

行家建议
我们预测,两项合约将在2015、2016财年,为公司净利或每股净资产,捎来正面贡献,惟对估值没有显著激励。

上述合约的执行风险,包括了能否获得有经验的司机、柴油价格的变化、政治经济和条例更改等相关因素,将对合约造成影响。

同时,我们维持2015、2016和2017净利预测,分别为1700万、1860万和2070万令吉。

根据2016财年估值,我们定下目标价1.14令吉,主要是根据11倍本益比计算,建议“套利”。

周三间,港股、美股与日股的纷纷大幅反弹时,激励着马股的同步反弹,成功重返1600点的主要心里支撑水平仙线上报收,交投趋势重点继续投向二、三线股项间。

期间,它的交投活动紧随区域股的交投趋势同步反弹,于1600水平线上取得应有的技术支撑。

富时隆综指于9月9日间处于1603点间报收,30只成分股项继续处于它的反弹活动中。

新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)于9月9日闭市时反弹了,闭市时收1.12令吉,按日涨8仙或7.69%。

新华控股的日线图表走势的交投趋势上破一道短线顶头阻力线(B1:B2)上报收,日线平滑异同移动均线指标(MACD)的交投走势已告处于一段持续上升趋势间。

该股处于“0”支撑线上波动,后市的交投走势料会出现一段回试它的下限支持线的支撑。

新华控股的日线图表走势于回试后或会显现一段反弹走势,或会上挑1.13-1.22令吉的阻力位。

新华柔佛新仓库获保税许可证

(吉隆坡28日讯)新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)旗下位于柔佛巴西古当的新仓库,获大马皇家关税局颁发保税仓库许可证。

据文告,该保税仓库许可证允许將產品置放在有关仓库的进口商或业主,延缓缴付进口税和消费税,直至物品被取出,这可提高公司现金流。

新华控股董事经理黄益泉相信,该公司將凭此优势提高竞爭力、迎合现有和潜在客户的要求,推高旗下仓库的使用率。

该公司的柔佛新仓库佔地22万平方尺,是旗下第3座仓库钻井发展成本3000万令吉(包括建设和购买土地)。这將该公司仓库面积从现有的24万4600平方尺,进一步增至46万4600平方尺。

展望未来,该公司计划通过在登嘉楼甘马挽增设的分公司,以扩展市场据点至半岛东海岸,料在2015年末季开始运营。【东方网财经】

Clarification of News Article on The Edge Financial Daily on 28 December 2015 entitled "Xin Hwa eyes double-digit net profit growth for FY16"
Reference is made to the article entitled ‘Xin Hwa eyes double-digit net profit growth for FY16’ which appeared on page 5 of The Edge Financial Daily on 28 December 2015.
The Company wishes to clarify that the growth rate for our revenue and net profit as stated in the aforementioned article of 10% year-on-year for financial year (“FY”) ending 31 December 2016 is based on the management internal target and these figures have not been reviewed by the external auditors. The 10% revenue growth in revenue and net profit does not represent Xin Hwa Group’s forecast for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 but a management target of which the Xin Hwa Group is aiming to achieve in view of the contribution from:
(i)         Pasir Gudang bonded warehouse which is estimated to contribute approximately RM6 million in revenue and approximately RM1.35 million in net profit for FY 2016; and
(ii)        operations of the new branch office in Kemaman, Terengganu and container haulage transportation division in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia which is expected to be set up in FY 2016 and the provision of logistics solutions of large-scale cargo for Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development project in Pengerang, Johor which is estimated to contribute approximately RM6 million in revenue and approximately RM0.63 million in net profit for FY 2016.

The statement of “In FY 14, Xin Hwa reported a 13% year-on-year growth in net profit to RM15.86 million, in line with a 13% climb in revenue to RM110.63 million from the previous year” appeared in the 2nd paragraph of the aforesaid article is referring to the improvement in performance achieved for FY 2014 as compared to the performance of the Group in financial year 2013.  In FY 13, Xin Hwa recorded a revenue of RM97.90 million and net profit of RM13.99 million.

着手内部港口动作 新华控股获柏港续约

(吉隆坡17日讯)新华控股有限公司(XINHWA,5267,贸易服务组)独资子公司新华贸易与运输私人有限公司获丹绒柏勒巴斯港私人有限公司(PTP)续约,合约内容为在丹绒柏勒巴斯港口进行内部港口运作的相关工作。

此合约为丹绒柏勒巴斯港口供应原动机车(prime mover)提供清洁服务,以及为其他辅助堆场提供移动服务。

新华控股向大马交易所报备,上周一获得一项续约通知,而合约价值根据丹绒柏勒巴斯港口所需服务量,按照每趟9.20令吉的统一费率来计算。

新华控股自2010年其为丹绒柏勒巴斯港口提供服务,与该港口往来的业务在截至2015年12月杪止的2015财年,为该公司营业额带来约554万令吉的进账。

新华控股或续约一年,由2016年1月1日起,直至12月31日,而丹绒柏勒巴斯港口也可自行选择再续约多一年。

Introduction
The Board of Directors of Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad (“XHH” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Xin Hwa Trading & Transport Sdn. Bhd. (“XHTT”) has on 11 January 2016 received a Letter of Award from Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd. (“PTP”) for the renewal of the contract for supply of prime mover and drivers for housekeeping and other ancillary yard movement services at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (“Contract”).

Value of the Contract
Value of the Contract is dependent on the volume of services required by PTP based on the agreed flat rate of RM9.20 per move. XHTT has been providing services to PTP since year 2010 and based on the business transactions with PTP for the financial year 2015, it contributed approximately RM5.538 million to the revenue of the Group.

Duration of the Contract
The duration of the Contract is for one (1) year, effective from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 with an option for further renewal of one (1) year at PTP’s sole discretion.

Financial Effect of the Contract
The Contract will have no effect on the issued and paid-up capital of the Company but is expected to contribute positively towards the Group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.

Risk Factors
Risk factors affecting the Contract include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower, changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. As XHTT has been providing services to PTP since year 2010, XHTT thus possessed the necessary expertise to undertake the Contract. Notwithstanding this, the Company and XHTT shall ensure strict compliance to the safety and operational procedures in the execution of the Contract requirements.

Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of XHH or person connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Contract.

Directors' Statement
The Board of Directors of XHH is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Contract is in the best interest of XHH.

新华控股586 万 新山买地建仓库

(吉隆坡8日讯)综合物流服务供应商新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股),斥资586万2241令吉收购柔州新山的土地,以兴建新仓库。

根据文告,独资子公司新华贸易和运输私人有限公司,昨天和卖方签署协议,收购新山一块永久地契的土地,面积约1.252公顷。

新华控股指出,这项购地符合公司拓展仓库和分销业务的策略,该土地毗邻公司现有的土地。

完成收购后,公司将合并这两块土地合拼,再兴建新的仓库,以应对仓库业务日益增长的需求。

柏港再发出5年新协议 新华控股获2490万合约

(吉隆坡21日讯)新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)获颁2490万令吉合约,为马矿业(MMCCORP,2194,主板贸服股)旗下丹绒柏勒巴斯港口(PTP),提供劳工、原动机车及拖拉服务。

新华控股在文告中指出,独资子公司新华贸易与运输私人有限公司,上周六(19日)从PTP手中接过这项合约。

该合约为期5年,从下月1日起生效,直至2021年3月31日。

这是继PTP在今年1月与新华贸易与运输公司续约后,PTP再颁发予后者的另一项新合约。

新华控股董事经理黄益泉表示,PTP再颁发新合约给公司,显示出PTP对公司一直以来所提供的服务,感到满意和具有信心。

“我们对此感到很高兴,预计这两项PTP合约,将在未来推高公司的净利和营业额。”

拟扩展港口内部营运

此外,新华控股也有意扩展货运和港口内部营运业务,其中,公司将专注把港口内部营运的业务版图,扩展至其他区域国家。

至于货运业务,公司目前正为捷运(MRT)和油气项目提供这方面的服务。

新华控股扩大车队 增加仓库空间

(吉隆坡16日讯)新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)將会继续壮大车队规模,同时也將增加旗舰和仓库空间,並放眼长期可持续成长。

新华控股董事经理黄益泉在股东大会后,感谢股东一直以来的支持。

该公司今日举办第3届股东大会,並宣布其股东已批准所有议决。

展望未来,黄益泉指出,物流业仍具成长动力,因此,公司將继续扩充,包括,收购和扩展车队,以迎合客户的需求,承接更多小规模至大规模的项目。

因此,该公司打算购买额外30至40辆车,包括卡车及拖车头等。

该公司目前的车队规模为1172辆。

去年年底,新华获得保税仓库执照,以在柔佛巴西古当建设新仓库,让客户在取出產品时,才支付进口税和消费税,从而协助客户提高现金流。

整体而言,新华控股2015財政年(12月31日结账)取得1亿零788万令吉的营业额,相比前年同期,按年下滑2.49%。

这是因为完成物流基建项目、以及陆路运输业务的仓库空间租金、仓库储存和分销业务下滑所致。【东方网财经】

新华控股1240万购地 建新仓库

(吉隆坡17日讯)新华控股(Xin Hwa Holdings Bhd)以1242万令吉现金,收购位于柔佛巴西古当工业区,7.897英亩的60年有期工业用地。

这家物流服务供应商今日向大马交易所报备,向柔佛机构(Johor Corp)及Johor Logistic私人有限公司购买这幅毗邻现有仓库的土地。

新华控股指出,该空地无任何产权负担,并称无法提供有关土地的账面净值。

柔佛机构是州政府拥有的企业集团,通过集团公司涉足棕油、石油与天然气、专科医疗服务、食品和餐饮服务、产业、港口服务、酒店和企业。

新华控股表示,此次收购符合经营策略,继续扩大仓储和配送业务。

收购完成后,该集团计划在该地兴建一座新的仓库,以及作为集团车队的露天车场。

“该地接近现有的仓库,一旦新仓库竣工,方便集团的行政用途。”

新华控股认为,该地将为公司营运和未来盈利作出贡献。

假设80%的收购金额(约993万令吉)通过银行借贷,净负债将从目前的0.31倍增至0.39倍。

如无意外,该集团预计在签署买卖协议后的3个月内完成收购。

Query Letter Contents
We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 17 June 2016, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
1.        The expiry date of the lease on the Land.
2.        Justification for fixing the purchase consideration at a premium of RM417,851.98 over the market value of the Land.
3.        Total construction cost; expected commencement date and completion dates; and sources of funds to finance the construction                cost of the new warehouse.
(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the previous announcement)

In response to the queries of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”) in relation to our announcement dated 17 June 2016 on the acquisition of Land, the following are the additional information: -
(1) The expiry date of the lease on the Land

The 60 years lease period of the Land would start from the date the title of the Land is registered under the name of XHTT. The registration of the land title is expected to complete by the 2nd quarter of 2017.

(2) Justification for fixing the purchase consideration at a premium of RM417,851.98 over the market value of the Land

The purchase consideration of RM12,417,851.98 is inclusive of GST of 6% amounting to RM702,508.98. The purchase consideration, if excluding the amount of GST and related disbursement, is RM11,708,483.00, which is below the market price of RM12,000,000.00 appraised by the independent registered valuer.

(3) Total construction cost; expected commencement date and completion dates; and sources of funds to finance the construction cost of the new warehouse

Based on current planning, market condition and circumstances, the estimated construction cost would be in the region of RM16,000,000.00. The construction is expected to commence in the 4th quarter of 2016 and targeted to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2017.

The construction cost of the new warehouse would be financed through a combination of internally generated funds and bank borrowings. Based on the present planning, the Company plan to obtain financing of up to 80% of the construction cost form financial institution(s) and the balance of up to 25% would be from internally generated funds. The exact mix of the internally generated funds and bank borrowings will be decided at a later stage taking into consideration the gearing level, interest costs as well as internal cash requirements for the business operations of the Company and its group of companies.

新华控股2575万购地

(吉隆坡2日讯)新华控股(XINHWA,5267,主板贸服股)宣布以总值2575万令吉,向Maxis Broadband 私人有限公司收购面积达1万7723平方米土地和建筑物。

新华控股向马交所报备,该土地位于雪州Hicom新镇,土地上还有一个单层仓库,2层的办公楼和其他附属建筑物包括保安室和变电站等。

该公司指出,经过估价师Cheston 国际评估,截至6月20日,该产业市值为2630万令吉。

新华控股目前仅在柔佛有仓库设备,因此打算完成购地计划后,重建原有的仓库,以扩张仓库和批发业务。

同时,这项收购也让该公司可拓展大马半岛中部地区业务。【e南洋】
