该集团今日向大马交易所报备，将会探讨其他筹资方式，以满足其资金需求。

该集团在4月18日宣布，拟通过私下配售筹集高达241万令吉，用于重建锯木厂和修理机械设备。

（吉隆坡3日讯）Aturmju资源（ATURMJU，7181，主板工业产品股）建议，削减5437万9000令吉的资本或每股89仙，以抵消累积亏损。

该公司向交易所报备，根据削资建议，公司缴足资本将从6110万令吉，减少至672万1000令吉。

同时，将从中取得约5438万令吉的资金，用于抵消累积亏损，而剩余则会存在保留盈利，以作未来用途。

根据截至2016年12月31日经审计财报，从公司层次来看，累积亏损约5380万令吉，而集团层次则亏损4730万令吉。

因此，这项削减资本活动将会让Aturmju资源能够重组资产负债表，并把公司放在一个更好的财政基础上。
