In accordance with Paragraph 9.19 (38) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the External Auditors of the Company have issued a report in respect of the Audited Financial Statements of SRHB for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 in their report addressed to the shareholders of the Company dated 29 April 2015 ("Auditors' Report").  In the Auditors' Report, the Auditors have qualified the following items as per deliberated below:- "Basis for Qualified Opinion We report as follows:- As disclosed in Note 12 to the financial statements, included in trade receivables is a long outstanding receivable of RM890,627/- as at 31st December 2014. We are unable to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence on the recoverability of the said receivable in accordance with MFRS 139: Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement. Therefore, we could not determine the effect of adjustments, if any, on the financial position of the Group as at 31 December 2014, or on its financial performance and cash flows for the financial year then ended. 银岭控股削减面值5仙

2016年7月5日
（吉隆坡4日讯）银岭控股（SRIDGE，0129，创业板）建议，将每股面值10仙，削减5仙，成为每股面值5仙的股票，以抵销累积亏损。

该公司今日向马交所报备，建议削减面值活动，以抵销或降低公司的亏损。

根据文告，取决于该公司目前未行使凭单是否将被转换，预计最少可抵销605万令吉亏损，剩下76万5000令吉亏损。

至于最高则可抵销681万5000令吉亏损，过后将获得198万5000令吉保留盈余。

同时，配合削资活动，该公司也建议修改公司章程，将公司资本从2500万令吉，2亿5000万股，每股10仙，修改成2500万令吉，共5亿股，每股5仙。

银岭控股指出，目前公司股价正以接近原有面值10仙的水平交易。

由于法律规定不能以低于面值的价格发新股，所以削减面值后，该公司也可获得更大的弹性，以诱人的价格发股集资，未来有需要时也有集资机会。

如无意外，该公司董事部预计上述建议将于今年末季完成。【e南洋】
