（吉隆坡18日讯）南方油脂（SAB，5134，主板工业产品股）委任刘国泰（译音）为董事经理，同时集团主席丹斯里刘文荣将调任为独立非执行董事，在周三开始生效。

根据文告，刘国泰是刘文荣的儿子，他是经营油脂化学制造厂和医疗保健医院的子公司董事。

刘国泰也在印尼营运产业和棕油厂的子公司担任董事。

此外，公司非执行董事拿督斯里苏隆，将接任非执行主席一职。

同时，张启勇（译音）退出董事局，但保留公司财务总监职位。

此外，南方油脂建议派发每股5仙的最终单层股息，将在即将来临的股东大会上寻求通过。【南洋网财经】

In accordance with Paragraph 9.19 (25) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, Southern Acids (M) Berhad ("SAB") wish to announce that SAB had on 4 September 2015 entered into an agreement with Jolly Good Apps Sdn. Bhd. ("JGA") to dispose of its 973,750 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in PKE (Malaysia) Sdn. Berhad ("PKEM"). The proposed agreement was completed on even date. Upon completion of the proposed disposal, PKEM will cease to be direct subsidiary, but it will become a direct associate company of SAB. The disposal of the 973,750 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a total cash consideration of RM2.46 million which was based on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis after taking into consideration of the net tangible assets of PKEM based on its audited financial statements as at 31 March 2015 and existing operating climate. None of the directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid disposal.

（吉隆坡31日讯）较低的种植及铣和油脂业务盈利贡献拖累，南方油脂（SAB，5134，主板工业股）2016財政年末季（截至3月31日止）净利和营业额各別下滑29.03%及0.92%，至494万令吉和1亿2629万令吉。

该公司全年净利也从去年同期的2752万令吉，下滑9.44%，至2492万令吉；营业额则为5亿零341万令吉，按年收窄10.43%。

配合业绩出炉，南方油脂建议派发每股5仙股息，除权日及支付日待定。【东方网财经】
