（吉隆坡20日讯）长征控股（SCC，0158，创业板）建议以10配1方式，派送共427万7580股红股；并计划发红股后，将股票1股分拆为3股。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，将利用公司股票溢价户头内款项来进行红股计划。

该户头原有269万6000令吉，红股计划料耗资228万9000令吉，最后剩余40万7000令吉。

另外，完成红股活动后，该公司缴足资本为2352万6690令吉，共4705万3380股。在1股分为3股后，缴足资本不变，股数增至1亿4116万0140股。

该公司指出，发红股是为了回馈股东。同时，也提升股票流通和扩大股票基础。
