（1）利資金主要從事製造及銷售黃金首飾和裝飾品的利資金，近年來低調，缺乏重大企業動作及新聞消息。

截至2015年3月31日止首3個月，利資金蒙受淨虧損90萬1千令吉（每股淨虧0.39仙），營業額為720萬1千令吉。該公司改變財政年截止日期，所以沒有前期比較數據。該公司每股資產值為9仙。

同期間，利資金總資產為4千124萬4千令吉，包括庫存為2千611萬3千令吉、其他應收款項，存款及預付款項等則為1千289萬6千令吉。現金及等同現金則為27萬4千令吉。該公司的負債不多。

該公司在2014年12月23日發行1億1千513萬股的股票（每股面值10仙及定價10仙）給債權銀行。

該公司2015年5月28日宣佈季度業績時表示，計劃擴大大馬業務及專注在國內市場。該公司通過私下配售新股所得資金，以充當大馬市場的擴充活動。

违反CMSA条例 NICE遭证监会申诫

（吉隆坡4日讯）NICE（NICE，7139，主板消费产品股）因抵触2007年资金市场与服务法（CMSA），而遭到证监会申诫。

根据文告，NICE是在周三（2日）接获信函，指违反CMSA条例，因没有符合财务报告准则“FRS139”和“MFRS137”。

证监会发现，该公司在2011和2012财年都没有履行义务，为子公司Yikon珠宝工业私人有限公司的银行贷款提供企业担保。

同时，将一笔1151万3000令吉归纳为2013财年的“其他应收账款”下的资产，不符合MFRS137的准则。

因此，证监会决定申诫NICE，并要求公司修正及重新交上2013年度的财务报表和当年所有的季度业绩报告。

证监会也要求该公司作出宣布，解释修正的原因和影响。

NICE必须在收到信函后的1个月内，完成上述要求。【南洋网财经】

NICE 财报遭“保留意见”

（吉隆坡31日讯）NICE（NICE，7139，主板消费产品股）截至今年6月杪的财报，遭独立审计师发表“保留意见”（Qualified Opinion）声明。

根据文告，独立审计师Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng无法获得充足和适当的审计证据，来审计NICE财报内的2笔账目，因此对这些账目发表“保留意见”声明。

这2笔账目，分别是用来购买38公斤翡翠石的463万5000令吉，以及收购一家公司30%股权的24万3000令吉。

独立审计师也强调，关注NICE截至6月杪财报，以及截至6月杪的累计亏损和负债水平。

在这两个期间，累计亏损分别为2147万7802令吉与3006万434令吉；对此，独立审计师对NICE继续营运的能力感到怀疑。【南洋网财经】
