（吉隆坡13日訊）IBRACO（IBRACO，5084，主要板房產）通過2家子公司，以總數362萬5000令吉脫售2塊空地。

IBRACO旗下Ibraco-Peremba私人有限公司和Greater Tabuan私人有限公司，是在10日與IBRACO HGS簽署買賣協議，將脫售2塊位于古晉慕拉德巴（MUARA TEBAS）空地給后者。

IBRACO向馬證交所報備，這2塊空地面積各達4775平方米和9535平方米，售價分別為95萬5000令吉及267萬令吉。

“IBRACO HGS脫售所得將用作分派股息。”

（吉隆坡15日訊）房產發展商IBRACO（IBRACO，5084，主要板房產）與70%持股子公司IBRACO HGS私人有限公司，簽署非契約諒解備忘錄（MOU），聯手發展位于砂拉越古晉的12塊混合區土地。

IBRACO向馬證交所報備，將在12塊土地上建造112個單位的3層店屋和4間教育建築。

根據報備文告，IBRACO持有11塊土地，IBRACO HGS擁有1塊土地，但沒有透露土地面積。

IBRACO指出，該發展項目不會影響公司已發行繳足股本，但暫時還不知道對每股盈利和負債率的影響，因為還沒敲定聯營細節。

（吉隆坡12日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）与子公司伊布拉可HGS签署联合发展合约，携手发展古晋青山（Muara Tebas）的12块地皮，发展总值预估为2.12亿令吉。

双方同意委任伊布拉可，负责设计、建设和完成联合发展计划，并颁发伊布拉可发展有关地皮和脱售产业的专利权。

联合发展计划为期3年，包含兴建112间3层楼的店屋，以及4栋具教育用途的产业，发展总成本估计为9719万令吉。

发展的地段坐落在古晋，由12块地皮组成，占地约11.19公顷，地点坐落在伊布拉可的城镇计划中。

伊布拉可提到，古晋产业市场仍未踏入成熟期，拥有极大潜能。

公司目前已发展临近地段，相信联合发展可提升回酬，同样可取得佳绩。

（吉隆坡27日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）以5500万令吉，收购吉隆坡市中心一块规模达5825平方米的永久地皮。

根据文告，伊布拉可昨日与Bandar Park公司签约，通过内部融资和贷款，收购这块面向敦拉萨路的土地。

据了解，这块地皮在2012年获得市政厅批准，发展成综合商业计划。

不过，该公司有意做其他发展计划，目前还未能计算潜在发展总值和收益贡献。

在砂拉越为知名产业发展商的伊布拉可，有意借这个机会拓展砂州以外的发展，而且这块土地位于策略地点，相信能作为在西马发展的强稳基础，并强化未来财源。【南洋网财经】

5配2附加股 伊布拉可拟筹5065万

（吉隆坡22日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）建议发行5065万3638股可弃权附加股，计划筹资5065万4000令吉。

根据文告，公司将以5配2股的比例，发行可弃权附加股，发售价定于1令吉。

同时，发售价也相等于1.74令吉理论除权价（TERP）的42.53%折价。

在筹集的资金中，3000万令吉将用来偿还贷款，1955万4000令吉用作项目融资，其余的则支付相关的开销。

伊布拉可指出，通过发行可弃权附加股，有助加强公司的资本结构，并减少借贷与利息开销。

（吉隆坡18日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）附加股计划，获得股东热烈反应，超额认购47.49%。

伊布拉可向马交所报备，截至本月10日下午5点，附加股计划共接获7470万9459股的认购申请，或相等于147.49%。

该公司早前建议以5配2股的比例，预计筹集5065万3638令吉，所筹得资金将用作偿还贷款、项目融资和其它相关开销。

（吉隆坡21日讯）继附加股计划，伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）再建议一系列企业活动，包括发红股、股票分拆和修改公司章程。

该公司向马交所报备，建议以5配2的比例，派送7091万5093股红股，以回馈股东、提升股票流通量及扩大股本反映业务规模。

完成红股计划后，伊布拉可将把公司普通股和优先股，1分为2，进行股票分拆活动。除了提升股票流通量，也让股票更便宜，冀望吸引更多投资者。

根据该公司文告，配合上述活动，伊布拉可将修改公司章程。整个系列的活动料于今年末季完成。
