国云集团今年推3.5亿房产

（北海29日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）计划在截至8月底的现财年内，推介4项发展总值达3亿5000万令吉的产业计划。
执行主席拿督斯里王籽云在股东大会后表示，这4项计划为浮罗山背（Balik Pulau）的Prestige III、双溪里蒙（Sungai Nibong）的98Nibong Residence、亚依淡（Air Itam）的ZooEoad，以及北海的Pokok Sena，将带动业绩表现增长。
其中，双溪里蒙的计划是高档主站产业，目前已竣工逾30%；亚依淡和北海的计划则将在8月动工，前者包括220个公寓单位，后者则是有地半独立洋房和排屋。
另外，Majestic Heights的再发展工程将在明年动工，预计发展总值为25亿令吉。
“国运集团将持续从现有顾客、新顾客、公共领域或是弃置计划中，探寻更多合约以强化获利能力，并会继续专注发展可负担房屋。”
该集团在槟城和吉打共有22块土地，规模达162公顷，市值约3亿令吉。
王籽云也透露，将会开始在威北进行80公顷的大型综合发展计划，低点就在槟城港口、槟城大桥和居林机场之间。[南洋网财经] |

国云Q3净利挫85%

（吉隆坡27日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）截至5月杪第三季，净利按年大跌84.78%，从348万9000令吉，锐减至53万1000令吉，每股盈利报0.65仙。
同期营业额也按年跌7.62%，至3698万4000令吉。
合计首9个月，公司盈利年挫71.29%，至230万1000令吉，每股盈利2.8仙，远逊去年同期的801万5000令吉。
同期营业额报8417万6000令吉，低于去年同期的1亿2666万7000令吉，跌幅为33.55%。
公司指出，由于建筑与产业发展项目的数量放缓，因而拖累业绩表现。
展望未来，国云集团正在现有地库上，筹备与规划可负担房屋项目，因此新项目推介将会放缓。【南洋网财经】

国云2350万全购PRSB 涉足槟城产业发展

（吉隆坡18日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）子公司PLB Land，以2350万令吉收购Phoenix Residences私人有限公司（简称PRSB）的所有权。
文告指，PRSB是一家槟城公司，主要涉及房产发展业务。
国云集团表示，收购将全数通过现金及内部融资完成。
截至2014年6月30日，PRSB的净资产企于11万2066令吉，而净亏损则达7万6906令吉。
国云集团说，PRSB旗下的产业拥有获批的发展计划和发展执照，是个销售潜力巨大的资产。
地皮毗邻第二大桥
而出价2350万令吉，则是考虑到产业的位置毗邻基建设施，如槟城第二大桥，增值潜能大。
该公司表示，这符合公司增购地皮的策略，PRSB拥有获批的发展计划和发展执照，也恰到时机，以进一步巩固旗下的产业发展活动。

產業銷售激勵‧國雲首季淨利揚17%

（吉隆坡19日訊）受產業銷售帶動，國雲集團（PLB，7055，主板產業組）截至2015年11月30日財政年第一季淨利揚升17.2%，從115萬令吉成長至134萬8千令吉。
此外，該公司營業額也成長5.6%，從3千205萬9千令吉增至3千386萬7千令吉。
根據國雲集團文告，淨利及營業額成長皆由產業，如浮羅山背及雙溪里蒙產業項目的銷售帶動。
國雲集團表示，在2016年裡仍能保持盈利，建築業務擁有1億2千900萬令吉的訂單可持續在2年內做出貢獻，而在廢物處理業務方面，該公司將把業務擴展至在循環及廢物處理管理業務。
此外，因產業放緩，國雲集團表示將放緩產業推出速度，也把目標移至可負擔房屋。（星洲日報／財經）
