马银行创办人颜文举 购振德8.6%晋大股东

（吉隆坡2日讯）马银行（MAYBANK，1155，主板金融股）联合创办人颜文举，收购振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）8.6%，成为大股东。

文告在马交所指出，颜文举于6月26日，通过GanTeng Siew产业收购振德。

截至去年11月底，Tiong Thye有限公司还是振德第一大股东，持有36.67%，而Gan Teng Siew产业则持有3.85%。

振德就今日闭市报9.28令吉，扬58仙或6.67%。

2015财年上半年，振德净利达1010万令吉，营业额为4697万令吉，净资产为每股6.89令吉。

该公司在派息方面也相当大方，上财年共派息42仙，高于前一财年的26仙。

目前，振德拥有11327公顷地库，分布于吉兰丹、彭亨及波德申，另有3间工厂，产能为每小时68公吨。【南洋网财经】

颜文举入主成大股东 振德种植受瞩目

（吉隆坡18日讯）平时较为淡静的振德种植有限公司（CHINTEK，1929，种植组）近期受到瞩目，因为马来亚银行创始人之一颜文举成为该公司的大股东。

从2008年开始，颜氏透过Gemas Bahru产业投资成为振德种植的股东。而今年6月26日，他则通过其主要投资公司Gan Teng Siew产业增加股份，其持有股份从3.85%增至8.6%或787万股票。

彭博数据显示，87岁的他也投资在另外2间种植公司，即锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，种植组）和协成统一（HAPSENG，3034，贸易服务组），各别持有1.62%和0.96%股权。

颜文举增加持有振德种植的股份，引起市场上许多人的关注。

在2015财政年的首6个月，振德种植派发每股8仙股息给股东们。

截至2015年2月28日止，该公司的现金储备达2亿1205万令吉，净资产为每股6.89令吉。

由于鲜果串及原棕油的平均销售价格走低，加上鲜果串销售产量疲软，振德种植同季净利润从之前的1515万令吉跌至1013万令吉，收入也从5936万令吉缩至4697万令吉。

同时，它与印尼的油棕种植合资企业也面对问题，因为位于Lampung和苏门答腊南部省发生动荡，导致该公司在2014财政年，遭受损失盈利400万令吉。

鉴于振德种植取得低利润、合资企业不稳定及原棕油价格疲弱，不过颜文举仍然选择押注在该公司是否正确，一切有待时间证明。【光华日报财经】

（吉隆坡31日讯）受旗下业务带动，振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）截至5月31日第三季净利扬0.95%，收975万令吉，或相等于每股盈利10.67仙。

上财年同期录得965万8000令吉，或10.57仙。

当季营业额为3189万3000令吉，涨7.36%；上财年同期达2970万7000令吉。

该公司当季鲜果串、原棕油和棕榈仁销量平均售价下跌，但产量和销量增加，另外，联号公司在印尼投资棕油种植，捎来正面贡献。

振德累积首9个月净利下跌19.88%，录得1987万5000令吉；营业额也跌11.46%，报7886万1000令吉。

振德宣布，派发每股8仙第二次中期单层股息，除权日落在8月13日，派息日为8月28日。【南洋网财经】

短期不收购棕油园　振德致力解决印尼土地纠纷

（吉隆坡28日讯）振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）短期內不打算收购棕油地皮和进军下游业务，而將致力解决印尼联號公司所面对的土地纠纷。

该公司执行副主席吴维歷在股东大会后对记者表示，印尼的土地纠纷影响当地的收割，是拖累该公司首季盈利表现的因素之一，振德目前积极配合有关当局解决纠纷，並坚信当地的收割活动很快得以恢復，届时振德的业绩表现將有所改善。

「我们在印尼苏门答腊南部和楠榜的园丘，早前皆因土地纠纷而暂停种植活动。所幸，楠榜的危机已解决，因此，目前我们已经恢復在印尼的棕油园17%土地的採收活动。」

振德是通过旗下35%的印尼联號公司，持有当地面积2万1000公顷的土地，当中有1万6000公顷坐落苏门答腊南部，其余的则是在苏门答腊中部。

针对是否会考虑脱售印尼土地，吴氏表示，该公司没有出售印尼地皮的打算，因为有信心当地业务將逐步復甦。

另外，振德在週三（27日）晚间公佈2016財政年首季业绩，受到印尼联號公司亏损和翻种成本拖累，当季净利大幅下跌。

该公司2016財政年首季（截至11月30日止）净利为597万令吉，按年挫跌43.59%，去年同期为1061万令吉；营业额则自前期的2772万令吉，按年微涨0.33%，至2781万令吉。

针对这疲软的业绩表现，吴维歷指出，除了翻种成本高涨和印尼业务亏损，该公司在前年同期通过脱售股票，赚取一笔收益，也是造成2016財政年首季盈利下滑的原因之一。

配合这项宣布，该公司股票在週四上午9时暂停交易一小时。振德週四10时復牌后交投淡净，股价全天无起落，收报7.70令吉。

展望未来，吴维歷表示，该公司业绩表现將取决于棕油平均售价。派息率也將胥视业绩表现，其过去几年的派息介于16%至36%。

他指出，「我们共有40%棕油树需翻种，意味著此后的產量將会减少。若平均售价持平在现有水平，振德盈利料会走跌。」

他补充，截至2015財政年，翻种活动致使该公司可收成的种植地减少846公顷；同时，公司今年计划翻种960公顷土地。

对于原棕油价格走势，吴维歷表示，原棕油价格目前仍处于低水平，预计短期內会在每公吨2300至2400令吉间徘徊。【东方网财经】
