（吉隆坡2日讯）汉联机构（HARNLEN，7501，主板种植股）宣布一系列人事变动，包括委任新副主席和董事经理。

该公司向马交所报备，委任现年56岁的潘斯里陈珮莲（译音）为该公司执行副主席。

同时，执行董事刘国强将任董事经理，现年63岁；另一名，现年58虽的执行董事刘国胜则任副董事经理。

刘国强和刘国胜都是汉联机构主席丹斯里刘南辉的儿子。

汉联机构也将委任现年26岁的刘国耀为该公司执行董事。他也是刘南辉儿子。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，早前建議對子公司Uniglobal私人有限公司股票削資，每股面值從1令吉增至2令吉，再分拆為2股。

是項計劃完成后將抵消3937萬8758股，每股面值1令吉，同時抵消漢聯機構積欠子公司的款項。

Introduction The Board of Directors of HarnLen ("Board') wishes to announce that Uniglobal Sdn Bhd (USB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 5 June 2015 convened an extraordinary general meeting to approve the resolution on capital reduction and also had on 19 October, 2015 obtain confirmation and approval from High Court of Malaya to reduce the issued and paid up share capital of USB from RM39,378,760.00 divided into 39,378,760 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and that such reduction be effected by cancelling 39,378,758 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each (the “Capital Reduction”). Information of the USB USB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HarnLen was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Act on 15 October 1990. The principal activity of USB is the cultivation of oil palm. The authorised share capital of USB is RM50,000,000 comprising 50,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Before the Capital Reduction, the issued and fully paid-up capital of USB is RM39,378,760 comprising 39,378,760 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Financial effects of the Capital Reduction The Capital Reduction is not expected to have any financial impact on the Company for the current financial year. 汉联机构获砂油棕管理合约

（吉隆坡3日讯）汉联机构（HARNLEN，7501，主板种植股）受委管理砂拉越西连（Serian）油棕种植地，为期7年。

根据文告，独资子公司汉联管理私人有限公司（HLMSB）昨日和Advance Pinnacle私人有限公司（APSB）签署管理协议，受委负责管理和收割砂州西连面积达2369.511英亩的油棕种植地。

这项合约将于6月1日开始执行，直到2023年5月31日，另有3年延长合约的选择权。

获50%营运盈利

在合约期间，HLMSB将可获得相关商业活动的50%营运盈利。

根据专业评估报告，假设每公吨鲜果串价格为440令吉，这项交易的营运盈利预计可达1496万8000令吉。【e南洋】
