Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(35) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sycal Ventures Berhad wishes to announce that there is deviation of more than 10% between the profit after tax attributable to owners of the Company stated in the unaudited results announced on 27 February 2015 and the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2014. 赛嘉削减面值私配筹3266万

（吉隆坡26日讯）赛嘉（SYCAL，9717，主板建筑股）董事部宣布，建议进行数项企业活动，当中包括削减面值和私下配售。

根据文告，集团建议，把目前每股面值1令吉的股票，削减75仙，至每股面值25仙的股票。

削减面值将释放出2亿4019万令吉的数额，用于抵消集团9742万5000令吉的累积损失，而剩余资金将转至保留盈利。

赛嘉建议，在完成该项活动后，发行高达9607万4868新股，相等于占缴足资本的30%，以私下配售给合格的第三方投资者。

集团预计，如果每股售价为34仙，该项私配活动筹得高达3266万5455令吉。

这当中的1631万5000令吉将充当现有项目和一般营运资金需求、1600万令吉则用于未来发展与建筑项目，以及35万令吉支付私下配售所需费用。

这项建议预计可在2017年次季完成。【e南洋】
