Gromutual to launch projects worth RM700m

KUALA LUMPUR: Gromutual Bhd, a Johor-based property developer, aims to launch projects with a gross development value (GDV) of RM700 million in the next few years in Johor Baharu.
In a statement, its deputy managing director Chew Kwee Hiok said the plan is to further tap into opportunities in the vibrant property market of the Iskandar Malaysia region.
"Demand for properties in Johor Baharu has seen a sharp spike of late, spurred on by increased interest in Iskandar Malaysia as the next growth proposition, not only for foreign direct investment (FDI) but also property purchases.
"Mindful of these opportunities, we intend to expedite some of our developments plans, while seeking more land in Johor," she added.
To date, Gromutual has completed RM600 million in residential and commercial properties in Johor and Melaka, since its incorporation in 2003.
The group has ongoing development projects in Johor and Melaka with an approximate GDV of RM200 million.
Gromutual has also invested RM45 million in land acquisition over the past two years. -- BERNAMA

(吉隆坡27日訊)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主要板房產)計劃要在未來幾年,于柔佛州推出發展總值高達7億令吉的房地產項目。
互泰董事經理周桂葉今日出席股東大會后指出,公司要利用此計劃進一步打入位于大馬依斯干達的房產市場。
“我們可看到近期內,外國直接投資(FDI)和購買物業者對柔州和大馬依斯干達的房產需求增高;隨著這次的商機,我們計劃要加快目前的發展計劃,即在柔佛州尋找更多有潛質的土地。”
互泰自2003年成立以來,已完成建立總值6億令吉、位于柔州和馬六甲的住宅和商業產業,如今在發展總值約2億令吉的項目。
大馬工業發展部指出,柔州製造領域在2008年和2012年之間,已取得220億令吉的外資和130億令吉的國內投資,帶動製造領域在去年製造9萬2106份工作。[中国报财经] |

这只股 r营业额 由05年到13 年增长率 140% 年 复合增长率 13%
每股盈利 由 05 年的 0.98 到 13年的 5.93 增长率 500%以上 复合增长率达 28%
市场给的评价却 6.8 倍的本益比? 合理吗
而且近期的首季 也 前期首季 增长了 28% 盈利

我没研究 我不大了解 我只知道他从事 房地产 ,只是看数据罢了,觉得数据比 预测 可靠。 你的看法是什么?这只公司未来趋势不好? 还是他的盈利只是一次性? 还是这家公司有问题
