    可是如果公司没有聘请到员工,我们也会照样买衣服.因为选衣服是靠我们自己.反而,有人在的时候,我们更选不到衣服.
    所以 ,如果是遇到资金不足的问题,员工费用是可以节省下来的.等于我们多了RM25,374,287的利润

6) Cheetah卖的衣服和裤子很耐用
    布料品质很好,穿了很舒服.
    还有价钱也比其他公司便宜.

Cheetah控股 下財年起取消派息政策

（吉隆坡29日訊）Cheetah控股（CHEETAH，7209，主要板貿易）宣佈，從截至明年6月底的2014財年開始，將取消現有30%的派息政策。

Cheetah控股今日向馬證交所報備，公司原本將淨利的30%作為股息派發給股東，但董事局決定取消派息政策，以讓公司擁有資金擴展業務。

該公司指出，此舉旨在維持和擴展公司市佔率。另外，該公司也致力擴展商業機會、銷售和促銷活動。

截至6月底本財年，Cheetah控股仍維持現有派息政策不變。

此外，Cheetah控股宣佈上財年末季業績，營業額按年跌6%至2573萬令吉，淨利挫27%至205萬令吉，公司宣佈每股派發2.35仙，為公司最后一次採用30%股息政策派息。

該公司上財年全年營業額微揚0.8%，報1億2734萬令吉，淨利跌12%，報952萬令吉。[中国报财经]

As a measure to maintain and expand its market share, Cheetah Holdings Berhad (“CHB”) is committed to explore its business opportunities (including mergers and acquisitions) and to cater for increased sales and promotional activities. 各位少股东今次一定要在股东大会否决大股东取消30%派息政策同时这只股的股价已经有四年多没上涨过，如果这家上市公司要找种种理由没意在派息给股东的话不如用RM1.00私有化吧！

其实公司派股息给股东最主要就要保留小股东对该公司的行业信心！

其实该公司將淨利的30%作為股息派發給股東可说是很少同时力擴展商業機會、銷售和促銷活動是一种费用而不是力擴展商業機會！

捷豹控股淨利逐年縮減
2）捷豹控股截至2013年12月31日為止，公司股本為6千381萬令吉，儲備金則有6千573萬7千令吉，若未來不需要太多資本開銷，相信是有能力派發紅股，不過，這主要胥視公司董事部而定，外人說不得准。

該公司主要涉及製造與行銷服裝與相關配件產品，主要業務仍落在本地市場，截至2010年全馬擁有約800個銷售點以及17間精品店，主要採取外銷生產，而沒有自行設廠，產品的主要生產原料為棉花。

過去5年來（2009至2013年），該公司皆有利可圖，惟淨利卻逐年縮減。截至2009年6月30日為止財政年，淨利為1千265萬1千令吉（每股淨利為9.92仙），2010財政年淨利為1千416萬9千令吉（11.11仙），2011年為1千119萬5千令吉（8.77仙），2012年為1千零86萬3千令吉（8.52仙），2013年則為951萬7千令吉（7.73仙）。

預測2014財政年的淨利則進一步下跌至851萬6千令吉，每股淨利為6.90仙。上述5年期間，每股股息介於2.35仙至3仙。而每股資產值則為1令吉1仙。
