根据文告，第三季净利报642万3000令吉，或10.03每股盈利，上财年为840万令吉。

同季营业额按年下滑49%至2503万7000令吉，去年同期是4900万8000令吉。

合计三季，Triplc净利从上财年同期的2604万令吉，下滑33%至1745万2000令吉，相等于每股盈利27.26仙。

（吉隆坡18日讯）Triplc（TRIPLC，5622，主板建筑股）截至8月31日首季，净利跌26.87%，报355万8000令吉，或每股5.52仙。

根据文告，上财年同期净利为486万5000令吉，或每股7.60仙。

同时，营业额也从2295万3000令吉，大跌74.53%，至584万6000令吉。

Triplc并未解释业绩下滑的原因，仅指出玛拉工艺大学（UiTM）完工，加上之后的维修服务收入，将在未来贡献盈利和现金流。

優木1.4億售雪州綜合發展地段

（吉隆坡21日訊）優木（TRIPLC，5622，主要板消費）宣佈，以1.4億令吉脫售位于雪州的一塊綜合發展土地。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，獨資子公司Zuriat Watan私人有限公司今日接獲買方Worldwide控股公司信函，確定收購前者位于雪州雙文丹（Serendah）一塊屬租賃地契的綜合發展土地，面積達338.67公畝，現金總值約1億4015萬令吉。

The Board of Directors of TRIplc Berhad (“TRIplc” or “Company”) wishes to announce that Zuriat Watan Sdn Bhd (“ZWSB” or “Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRIplc had on 21 September 2015 received a confirmation of acceptance (“Confirmation”) from Worldwide Holdings Berhad (“Worldwide” or “Purchaser”), together with earnest deposit equivalent to 2% of the disposal consideration paid to the Vendor’s solicitor appointed for the proposed disposal of a parcel of leasehold mixed development land comprising of 906 sub-divided     plots measuring a total of approximately 338.67 acres located in Bandar Sungai Buaya, Mukim of Serendah, District of Ulu Selangor, State of Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Subject     Property”) for a total disposal consideration of RM140,148,420.00 to be satisfied entirely by cash (“Disposal Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).   Further details of the Proposed Disposal will be announced upon the execution of a formal sale and purchase agreement to be entered into between the Vendor and the Purchaser.
