    for import,海運有telex released , seaway bill , Original BL共三種. IMPORT肯定也會接觸到BL,因為要submit manifest 給custom, consignee
要return original bl 給liner 加make payment , liner 才會released import container. declare DIC in pelkon. one set BL RM110.00加Local charges.

空運也有Airway bill ......

不管import export 都會有BL,for export, shipper 會在BL後面蓋章簽名然後寄給Consignee. 或者telex released.

seaway bill 跟BL差不多的.  sea waybill is not a document of title, it is not negotiable and it bears the name of the consignee who must only identify himself to take delivery of the goods. Because it is not negotiable, it is not acceptable to banks as a collateral security to obtain, for instance, a documentary credit. The main purpose of the waybill is to avoid delaying the delivery of cargoes when bills of lading arrive late at the port of discharge.

telex released就是中文說的電放,shipper 在POL 通知liner ok to released to consignee,不必寄出正本 set BL.

now i'm working in a trading company n job is to prepare commercial documents include invoice, packing list n certificate of origin n also shipping documents such as draft BL, shipping instructions. all the commodity r delivered by shipping.
hav i got chance to work in shipping line company by this kind of experience?

当然有机会啊
但是最好从operation做起
从a到z，从quote价钱到end month billing。

你想进liner shipping还是forwarder shipping呢？

最近我公司有找agent出container，
我负责准备那些commercial invoice，packing list，SI， form A等等的，
agent只是叫我scan了email她，没有叫我寄给她original copy

其实到底需不需要给shiping company original copy的

在shipping里，会用到original的文件只有Original BL和DO而已，其他文件只需副本即可报关清关了。
当然，如果一些health cert, invoice & packing list你可以连同original BL一起邮寄出去，这或许可以让目的港的清关更顺利些

   原来如此，现在比较清楚了，之前被那个agent搞得乱七八糟，问她需要写封取消其他shipping 公司的信吗，她说不需要，结果又突然说要，搞到我一直repeat准备信，被老板问，下一次的shipping要叫manager换agent料

你讲的是perlantikan agent
在kl max到3间而已，jb就5间。
基本上你要batal掉一个agent你必须要懂你现在手头上有几个agent，而要知道有几个agent只有叫你想appoint的agent去custom做perlantikan
才可以从system那边看到的，不然你就叫你existing的agent从他们的EDI system里面查，不过不可能叫他们查吧？酱他们就懂你们可能要batal他们了 ==

当你想appoint的agent查到了后，他们就会给你看一个list问你要batal掉哪一个？有些没问直接batal掉对他们来讲最威胁的agent ==
基本上letter你们也不需要写什么啊，只是签个名然后chop，剩下的fill in paper work你agent应该要自己做，帮你省工嘛，呵呵
