Year 2006 - Management Promise and now is done....i believe t his company

KEY HIGHLIGHTS
As a whole, Management plans to expand the business via JV-structured agreements with other suitable partners as
well as acquiring or setting up direct subsidiaries in countries with growth potential. At present, Pelikan has also tied
up with Parkson in Malaysia and China to manage their stationeries department. Also, as means of consolidating PI
as a whole, management plans to buy over the Pelikan companies in Argentina, Thailand, Taiwan and a few more in
this year alone. Down the line, PI hopes to be an integrated firm with controlling market share in the stationery and
office supplies industry.
Expanding further into Asia. PI is looking to expand into Malaysia, China, Middle East, India and Indonesia. Asia not
only provides an expanding market for the company, it also smoothens the seasonal "Back to School" cycle that
affects it quarterly performance.
PI?s revenue to potentially double after the acquisition of Pelikan Hardcopy (PH) from Europe. In FY05, PH
was making losses due to the high cost of production in Switzerland and Scotland but was bought over by PI early this
year, PI bought over the assets for this business. The Company plans to turnaround this division by shifting PH?s
production to Malaysia where raw materials and salary costs are lower. Management also expects revenues to double
once the transition settles in. Just to illustrate PH's potential impact on PI's profitability, PH recorded net profits of ?
4m, ?10.9m, ?12.5m from 2002-2004 respectively.
Synergies from expansion strategies. PI plans to consolidate Pelikan's worldwide marketing activities by acquiring
other Pelikan companies and also setting up new ones in China, Dubai, Indonesia, India and more. Management
believes that buying up existing Pelikan networks will increase synergy because its already established brand name
would reduce the need for advertising and promotion.
Within the last month alone, PI has been aggressively expanding its presence globally with the recent completed
acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Pelikan Taiwan and 49% stake in Pelikan Thailand. PI also incorporated Pelikan
UAE and Pelikan Singapore within the same time frame. This is in line with their hopes of consolidating and expanding
Pelikan offices worldwide.

不用太擔心,你的平均價是0.965,不算太高,賺回來的機會很大,
股市起起落落是正常的.

我也是与你一样在RM1.01被套 。。。目标价RM1.5。。。一年里的最高点50％。
