因为地理优势是很难被模仿取代的

我想要看港口所处区域的经济发展吧。例如中国，进出口多是通过海运，处于策略位置的港口自然前景很好。Biport呢？

Biport的financial quality如何？负债多少？这是要考虑的。。。另外如果经济不好, Biport的生意应该也会受影响吧？

PS：暂时不认为Biport值得投资 (其实也没深入研究过)。

提起portfolio management，既然我有了Top Glove，我应该不会考虑其他制造股了，更不会考虑其他手套股。这也是portfolio management吧 (我猜的)。
（纯粹例子，买卖自负）

The Group registered a profit before taxation amounting to RM35.05 million in the current quarter against RM39.91 million achieved in the preceding year corresponding quarter.  The revenue generated for Q4 2007 is higher by RM3.80 million compared to Q4 2006.  However, the pre-tax profit achieved in the current quarter is lower by RM4.86 million (Q4 2007: RM35.05 million; Q4 2006: RM39.91 million).  The drop in the pre-tax profit is mainly due to the expenditure incurred for maintenance dredging, repair and maintenance, contribution made to the Local Authority on the access road to the staff housing as well as the salary revision for the non-executive staff.

Material changes in the quarterly results compared to the results of the preceding quarter

The pre-tax profit for the fourth quarter of 2007 amounting RM35.05 million is lower compared to RM43.70 million achieved in the preceding quarter.
The operating revenue showed an increase of RM11.09 million in the current quarter under review mainly due to the higher revenue from the handling of LNG cargo and vessels calling at the port.


The operating expenditure has also increased in the current quarter under review.
The major contributor to the increase in Q4 is maintenance dredging, repair and maintenance, contribution made to the Local Authority on the access road to the staff housing and the salary revision for the non-executive staff.

Current year’s prospects


The performance of the Group for 2007 is better compared to 2006.
The profit after taxation of RM135.65 million has increased by RM11.57 million from the amount of RM124.08 million achieved in 2006.


Revenue from handling of LNG vessel calls and cargoes will continue to be the main contributor to the Group’s earnings.
Besides LNG as the major contributor, other cargoes that will positively contribute to the Group’s earnings are Petroleum Products, LPG, Palm Oil, Bulk Fertiliser and Container.

我没研究
我比较喜欢maybulk,
可是也还没正式去了解

上次说到此股不懂能不能抵挡卖压
答案是可以的，股价继续微升

然而，技术指标继续与股价背离，
加上刚过的两个交易日交易量突然大增，
接下来的波动可能会比之前激烈，可是方向不明

如果认为现在是高位而又交易量突然大增，

它交易量不可以太大，一大就要跌，不过跌前会上少少，

短期均线可以抬头，应该是与它即将宣布派股息有关，，！

可是，股息已经派了，股价还没下来wor，十足十另外一个JTI,哈！
原来，公司在今天派息，是上个季度的息。
这个季度又有派息，所以股价想要下都有一定难度

说的是，刚刚看了，真的是已经宣布派股息，，，！
不过，，，！新的股息制度就真的，，，，！
从前拿７.４SEN，报税时可以回扣２.６SEN，
或申请退税，现在只能够拿足７.４SEN，
那２.６SEN 泡汤了。

这种制度是不是applicable to all listed companies?
