On behalf of the Board of Directors of AIM (“Board”), OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”) wishes to announce the following proposals:-

(i) Proposed bonus issue of up to 31,310,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in AIM (“AIM Shares”) on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share for every five (5) existing ordinary shares held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”); and

(ii) Proposed renewal of the existing shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPTs”) (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”).

(Collectively known as the “Proposals”).

Further details of the Proposals are set out in the attachment below.

We refer to the announcements made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of Advance Information Marketing (“Board”) on 2 May 2008 and 9 May 2008.

On behalf of the Board , OSK wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 16 May 2008 (which was received on 21 May 2008), approved in-principle the listing of and quotation for up to 31,310,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened in due course to seek shareholders’ approval on the Proposals.

AIM’S SUBSIDIARY SIGNS 5-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH EXXONMOBIL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

The Board of Directors of AIM is pleased to announce that Customer Loyalty Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 610748-V) (“CLS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIM, has on 23 May 2008 entered into a 5 year service contract with ExxonMobil Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“EMMSB”) to provide its expertise in loyalty management, sourcing and supply of premiums and supply chain distribution logistics.

CLS is the premier operator and service provider of end to end business process outsourcing, specializing in loyalty programs consultancy, regional sourcing and procurement of premiums and also provides a full suite of customer services including web development and virtual marketing, call centre, warehousing and supply chain logistics with state of the art tracking and tracing technology.

EMMSB operates a loyalty program called “Smiles Driver Rewards Program” where members are awarded Smiles Reward Points when they purchase fuel or mart items at any Esso or Mobil petrol station. Smiles Rewards Points can be accumulated in exchange for fuel or a wide variety of premium gifts or mart items.

This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the overall growth of AIM.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of AIM or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.

以现在的商业环境，ＡＩＭ可以获得这样的业绩，属于不错的表现。
我估计它的全年盈利是５分钱左右。
它的ＮＴＡ已经来到了ＲＭ０．２９，接近我的平均买价。低于市价。
其中的ＲＭ０．１３　属于净现金。ＡＩＭ的现金流依然健康，拥有ＲＭ２０Ｍ的净现金。
估计Ｍｏｂｉｌ有站的业务可以进一步提升它的盈利。

比较让我不满意的是它的董事薪酬，支领约ＲＭ１Ｍ。
