On behalf of the Company, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as K & N Kenanga Bhd) ("Kenanga") is pleased to announce that Rexit International Sdn Bhd ("Rexit International") has been appointed to provide its insurance software and services to Asia Insurance Company Limited (Hong Kong) ("AICL").

This is Rexit International's first overseas contract. This contract will be a showcase implementation for the HongKong and China markets which offer huge potential for the Company.

An announcement setting out the details of Rexit International's appointment will be made upon the execution of an agreement between Rexit International and AICL.

The insurance software and services cover all aspects of their operations from quotation and marketing to underwriting, risk accumulation, reinsurance, policy administration,claims management, accounting and MIS.

AICL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Financial Holdings Ltd with a turnover of HKD742 million in 2006. AICL is a top five player in the local general insurance market and they have a portfolio which covers all classes of general insurance.

AICL has its Head Office in Central and has two branch offices in Hong Kong as well as branches in Macau and Taiwan. AICL also has a representative office in Shenzhen.This announcement is dated 23 May 2007.

22-01-2008: Rexit soars on e-Cover deal with Sompo Japan

KUALA LUMPUR: Rexit Bhd’s joint venture will provide e-cover services for Sompo Japan Insurance Inc, starting with foreign marine cargo insurance business.

The positive news sent Rexit’s share price up 25 senor 10.87% to RM2.55. It was the top gainer yesterday with 926,000 shares done, amidst a weak market which saw the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index sliding 30.89 points to 1,408.6.

Rexit said its 51% Rexit International Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company with Marubeni Corporation of Japan, had signed an agreement to enable Sompo Japan’s insurance business to be processed via the Internet through Rexit’s e-cover portal.

It said the provision of the e-cover services would be done at the agreed fees and terms. The agreement would be valid for 12 months from Jan 9 this year to Jan 8 next year.

The term would be deemed automatically renewed on the expiry of the 12 months until the agreement is terminated.

Rexit International had on Nov 22, 2007 received a letter of intent from Sompo Japan for the implementation of its services. Rexit said the agreement was expected to enhance its revenue and consequently contribute positively to its earnings and net assets in future financial years.

Listed on the Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo stock exchanges, Sompo Japan is the second largest non-life insurance company in Japan, with net written premiums of about RM42billion in 2007.

一起研究研究，如果真是好公司的话，总有买进她的机会的。

我的看法是永远不可能会有买进的机会。这股的潜在价值已经被其他人观察到，所以股价也飞天了。要股价下来除非这些有价值的东西都不在了。
迟到的我们只能往好股兴叹。。。。hai。。。。。。市场很少机会忽略好股。。。。
看来我们需要做更加多的功课，要比其他人更早发现好股。
rexit的股息有可能会每年逐步增长。
