陳兄弟格尼與夥伴 泰國經營炸雞快餐廳

（吉隆坡9日訊）陳兄弟格尼（DBE，7179，主要板消費）獨資子公司D.B.E. Poultry私人有限公司，與泰國公司Farmmesh Foods有限責任公司，將在泰國合作開設和經營Harumi炸雞快餐廳。

陳兄弟格尼向馬證交所報備指出，雙方已就上述合作在今日簽署了諒解備忘錄。按照協定，雙方將一同在泰國開設和經營以Harumi炸雞品牌為概念的快餐廳。

至于權益分配，陳兄弟格尼持有30%，剩餘70%則由Farmmesh Foods所持有。

陳兄弟格尼透過文告稱：“我們會在今年底開設和經營兩家Harumi標準和招牌（signature）快餐廳，首家Harumi標準快餐廳最早將在今年7月初啟業。”

該集團指出，設立上述快餐廳總投資成本估計是25萬3000美元（相等于98萬9230令吉），並由雙方公司內部措資完成，陳兄弟格尼出資7.6萬美元（30萬令吉），Farmmesh Foods則負責其餘的17.7萬美元（約69.2萬令吉）。

陳兄弟格尼表示，上述諒解備忘錄可讓其業務持續保持競爭力，並看好可為集團帶來正面貢獻；但執行上述諒解備忘錄不預見會對集團截至今年底財年收益、淨資產或負債率帶來重大影響。【中国报财经】
