（吉隆坡25日讯）棕油器材业务和联营公司表现佳，推动CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季净利扬12%，至2111万7000令吉。

次季，营业额跌14.4%，报1亿2442万令吉。上半年净利起18.3%，达4440万4000令吉；营业额挫16.4%，报2亿4546万令吉。

特别用途汽车业务收款减少，导致营业额滑落；然而，税前盈利则因为棕油器材业务和联营公司表现改善而走高。【南洋网财经】

订单稳健需求走扬 CB工业种植股首选

（吉隆坡17日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）订单稳健，加上市场对新炼油厂的需求走扬，分析员看好该股是诱人的种植股代表。
而且，CB工业产品目前股价被低估，同时对原棕油价格波动也不敏感。

CB工业产品现订单稳健，截至次季企于4亿6500万令吉。

新合约上看3.4亿

安联研究分析员估计，该公司在2014至16财年，每年将赢得3亿2000万至3亿4000万令吉的新合约，主要由新旧客户所贡献。

CB工业产品迄今已有1亿6000万令吉的新订单。

随着我国和印尼的成熟种植园区面积不断增加，该公司也料从中受惠。

“2014至16年间成熟种植园区面积平均达45万8000公顷，相等于530万公吨的鲜果串，意味着领域每年需要至少21家厂房运作的产能。”

分析员相信，该公司可从厂房替换市场中，取得可观的净利增长。

“许多旧厂房已到了替换的时间，加上业者需要在维持品质之际取得更多产出，均使CB工业产品受益。”

子公司税务优惠将到期 下财年净利有下跌风险

分析员推测，CB工业产品将从主要客户取得规模可观的合约，当中包括森那美（SIME，4197，主板贸服股）和土展创投（FGV，5222，主板种植股）。

然而，较高的实际税率，是该公司2015至2016财年净利的风险，因子公司Modipalm新兴工业地位的税务优惠将在明年2月到期。

“不过，该公司已开始更新废料管理系统的申请。”

CB工业产品在加里曼丹共有8万6000公顷种植地供发展，其中5160公顷已种植。

一旦全面种植及成熟，可收成超过90万公吨的鲜果串。

不过，首批鲜果串料在2016年时才收成，直至2020年时才会看见显著净利，因启动成本高。

分析员维持“买进”的评级，将目标价上调至5.75令吉。

目前，该股估值是2014至16财年本益比的10倍至12倍，并不昂贵，因该公司的核心产品独特，市场需求稳定。

原棕油价格波动对该股影响不大，仍是分析员倾心的种植股代表。

（吉隆坡14日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）与Vanimo Green棕油廠和Merchong棕油廠簽署總值1億550萬令吉合約。

CB工業向馬證交所報備，與上述兩家公司簽署合約，主要進行設計、製造、供應、裝備、測試和調試，Modipalm滅菌棕油廠每小時產量達60共噸的機電工程。

Vanimo的棕油廠位于巴布亞新幾內亞（Papua New Guinea）；Merchong的棕油廠則位于大馬。

CB工业新合约照亮前景

（吉隆坡15日讯）鉴于棕油厂强劲的需求前景，分析员对于CB工业產品（CBIP，7076，主板工业股）在昨天获得新合约的消息，並不感到意外，並继续看好该公司的前景。

在新合约消息带动下，CB工业產品股价在周三高开低收，全天微涨1仙或0.22%，以4.49令吉掛收。

CB工业產品以4.50令吉开盘，稍微高于昨天的闭市价4.48令吉；该股隨后逐步走高至4.57令吉全天最高水平。

不过，闭市时，回吐大部份涨幅，以4.49令吉收市。

全天成交量为58万3900股，低于昨日的113万5300股。昨日，CB工业產品发文告指出，其独资子公司--Modipalm工程私人有限公司，获Vaimo绿棕油厂私人有限公司及Merchong棕油厂私人有限公司颁发总值的1亿零550万令吉合约。

此两项合约，主要是涉及棕油厂房的土木及机电工程的设计、製造、供应、安装及测试工作。

针对新合约，丰隆投行分析员表示，隨著该公司贏得新合约，其棕油厂工程业务的未入帐销售將提升25.4%，至5亿2110万令吉，相等于2013財政年营业额的1.6倍。

该分析员表示，对该公司获得此合约抱持正面態度，但在他的预料之內，因符合该公司获得更多合约的预期，主要是由强劲的棕油厂需求前景所带动。

无论如何，分析员补充说，其盈利预测已计算CB工业產品的棕油厂工程业务將取得4亿令吉的合约，而截至目前所取得的合约总值是2亿5000万令吉。

因此，该分析员维持其盈利预测。

3下行风险

此外，虽然看好CB工业產品的前景，不过，该分析员认为，也需要注意3项下行风险，包括：一，钢板价格大涨；二，棕油厂需求或许放缓；三，联营公司低于预测的鲜果串（FFB）產量及提油率。

以上因素，將可能会影响CB工业產品的棕油厂工程业务赚幅表现。

同时，分析员认为，以目前的估值来看，其股价的上涨空间有限，因此维持该股「守住」投资评级及4.54令吉的目標价。【东方网财经】

CB工業冀爭取3.6億工程

（梳邦17日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）積極提升現有廠房設施，以爭取總值3億6000萬令吉的棕油提煉工程。

該公司董事經理林再明今日出席特別股東大會后指出，提升設施的計劃，與公司擴大旗下器材與工程部方向一致，同時設下未來3年內將此業務市佔率提高至35%的目標。

“目前，我們這項業務的市佔率約達20%，憑著握有的5億令吉訂單相信要至目標不是問題。一旦完成提升廠房設施，有助爭取新合約。”【中国报财经】

根据文告，根据5日加权均价算出的理论除权价为2.24令吉，上述行使价较之高7.14%。

（吉隆坡17日讯）CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）炼油工程业务的“新兴工业税务地位”到期，明年需支付更高税务，加上特别用途工具（SPV）业务合约流不稳定，促使分析员下修财测。

惟尽管如此，丰隆投行分析员认为，炼油工程业务的净利能见度清晰，足以抵消较高的税务开销。

“主要由CB工业产品订单写下新高、收割园区增加，和管理层不懈扩大产能所推动。”

该公司的炼油工程业务“新兴工业税务地位”将在明年2月到期，届时就需支付较高的税务。

管理层有信心，旗下SPV业务可取得具规模的合约，以填补翻补订单。

不过，分析员却认为，潜在的新合约料未能及时出现补充订单，因这业务的合约流并不稳定，估计明年杪才会有合约流入。”

目前，SPV业务现有的订单达1亿5800万令吉，将在今年杪入账。



印尼种植业务缓慢

管理层强调，虽然印尼外资持股权一事仍有变数，导致种植进度较慢，但仍会持续进行下去。

迄今，CB工业产品仅栽种了800公顷油棕树，显著落后每年5300公顷的目标，因为取得相关批准出现展延，加上天气干旱。

分析员将2015及16财年的净利预测下修18.4%至25.9%，分别至8090万和9120万令吉，以反映较高的税务开销，和特别用途工具业务较低的净利。

不过，优于预期的赚幅、原棕油价格走高、高于预期的派息率及种植资产释放价值，均是该股催化剂。

分析员将目标价格下调6.2%，至2.13令吉，但维持“守住”的投资评级。【南洋网财经】
