烏托邦擬售1.21億新股籌資金

（吉隆坡6日訊）烏托邦（UTOPIA，0140，創業板科技組）擬私下配售1億2千142萬7千200新股或10%股權，以籌措最高達1千214萬3千令吉，充作營運資本。
該公司發文告表示，初步估計私下配售價為10仙，籌措的資金將用作發展電子商務、品牌廣告和促銷及營運資本。
一旦完成私下配售計劃，該公司股本最多將自8千992萬5千令吉提高到1億3千357萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

1. Breakdown between the setting up of the information technology infrastructure and marketing for the e-commerce business.
At this juncture the Board is unable to determine the exact breakdown of the amount to be allocated for the setting up of the information technology infrastructure and marketing of the e-commerce business. Nevertheless, the Board anticipates that up to 90% of the proceeds to be allocated for the e- commerce business would be for infrastructure and the balance of the proceeds for the marketing of the e-commerce business.
The infrastructure will include amongst others cost to develop the website, hosting services, developing and maintaining the content management of the website together with an intranet infrastructure to process the orders in an efficient manner. The infrastructure will also include the setting up of a dealer module, product category module, product module, transaction module, barcode scanner, multilanguage support, administrative module, mobile data transmit engine, push notification engine and payment method master data. The infrastructure will have different platforms so that the website will be accessible via computers and/or mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
2. Breakdown of other working capital.
The other working capital is mainly to finance the on-going operating and office expenses such as staff salaries, financing of receivables (due to timing of receipts), payment to creditors, utilities and other miscellaneous expenses.
Due to the rapid change in the business environment, the Board is unable to provide further breakdown of the allocation to the other working capital at this juncture.

1 Utopia科技 末季淨利漲7倍

（吉隆坡29日訊）1 Utopia科技（UTOPIA，0140，創業板科技股）截至11月30日末季淨利按年增長超過7倍，達167萬8000令吉，去年同期為19萬2000令吉。
根據馬證交所報備文件，該公司末季營業額則從1億3238萬2000萬令吉，微起1.06%，至1億3377萬9000令吉。
不過，該公司全年淨利，達9萬8000令吉，對比上財年7萬7000令吉，按年漲幅為27.27%。
全年營業額方面則從5億3993萬6000令吉，下滑5.88%至5億819萬9000令吉。
1 Utopia科技季度業績取得良好表現，主要由筆記型電腦和智能手機銷售成長貢獻。全年淨利取得增長表現，是基于資訊通訊科技（ICT）業務毛賺幅，從5.1%提升至5.75%貢獻。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡14日讯）Utopia（UTOPIA，0140，创业板）将私下配售股的发售价，定于每股10仙。
达证券今日代表Utopia董事部向马交所报备上述事宜，并表示这发售价比该股截至今年3月13日止，每股7.73仙的5日交易量加权平均价，高约2.27仙或29.37%。
Utopia预计会在未来5天内，取得承配人的付款。

2）過去3年來，烏托邦皆有利可圖，不過表現卻不是很理想。截至2011年11月30日為止財政年，全年淨利僅為4萬5千令吉，2012年為7萬7千令吉，以及最新的2013年財政年則僅為9萬8千令吉，3年來的每股淨利皆僅為0.01仙。而每股資產值為13仙。
該公司管理層在宣佈最新業績時指出，該公司相信大馬零售領域將在2014年面對挑戰的一年，主要是預期消費者開銷將會減少所致。
股價不起原因很多
