(芙蓉21日讯)尽管产业领域面临挑战,但上财年营业额首次突破10亿令吉的金群利集团(Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd),有信心本财年将延续增长趋势。
主席Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin指出,截至3月杪2019财政年,公司取得有史以来最佳的业绩,巩固了上市以来持续增长的良好记录,并为股东带来更高的回酬。
他今日在股东常年大会后的新闻发布会上表示:“亮丽表现得益于有地产业销售提高,以及在森美兰及柔佛推出一系列可负担至价格适中的产品组合。
“鉴于需求强劲,我们有信心本财年(2020财年)将继续保持扩张势头。”
该集团在2019财年净赚2亿1840万令吉,高于2018财年的2亿1330万令吉;营业额达10亿5000万令吉。全年派发9710万令吉的股息,占全年净利的44.6%。
与此同时,该集团的新产业销售达创纪录的13亿令吉,较同期的12亿令吉增长9.7%。
Mohamad Haslah表示,金群利在2020财年计划推出14亿令吉的新盘,主要包括在森州达城(Bandar Sri Sendayan)和柔州居銮金銮镇(Bandar Seri Impian)等有地产业项目,这将提振未来一年的表现。
该集团在2019财年推出了2600个住宅和商业单位,发展总值为14亿6000万令吉。
Mohamad Haslah说,该集团将着眼于在2020财年扩大策略地库的机会。

(吉隆坡29日讯)金群利集团(Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd)首季净利按年增长8.8%,主要由于金群利环球院校(Matrix Global School)亏损显著减少,以及受到其他收入增加所提振。
该集团今日公布,截至6月杪2020财政年首季净利报5455万令吉,或每股7.09仙,高于上财年同期的5015万令吉,或每股6.67仙。
次季营业额扬8%至2亿4850万令吉,同期报2亿3004万令吉,因确认旗下达城(Bandar Sri Sendayan)和金銮镇(Bandar Seri Impian)住宅和商业单位较高的收入。
金群利宣布派发每股3仙的首个中期股息,将于10月9日支付。
展望未来,该产业发展商表示,其重点是提升森美兰州达城和柔佛州居銮金銮镇的城镇发展,包括提升现有的设施和生活体验,以支持一个充满活力的社区。
与此同时,该集团将继续致力于扩大在这些城镇附近的地库。

The Board of Directors of MCHB wishes to provide additional information in respect of the Proposed Acquisition as follows:-
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Market Value. The determination of the estimated market value of RM10/- per sq ft for the Land is derived from the "Comparison Method" commonly used for land valuations. The said Comparison Method is an approach which uses the value of similar lands recently sold within the area of Bandar Sri Sendayan and using such sale prices as a guide to determine the acquisition price. The Board of Directors of MCHB is confident that the estimated market value of RM10/- per sq ft is fair, reasonable and within its market value.
2. Feasibility Studies Feasibility studies conducted on the Proposed Acquisition is done internally which include, among others, analysis of various relevant factors to discern the pros and cons of undertaking the development of the Land in Bandar Sri Sendayan. MCHB is fully aware and well familiarise with the economic, market demand, topography and various other related requirements as it has over 20 years of extensive experience and exposure in property development in Seremban, especially in Bandar Sri Sendayan as it has developed and delivered numerous projects in this area.
