（吉隆坡30日訊）私有化風刮向嘉隆發展（TDM，2054，主板種植組），投資者購興突然高昂，刺激該股刷新多年新高紀錄。

嘉隆發展以4令吉36仙掀開交易後，受熱絡成交量烘托，扶搖直上衝向4令吉59仙，最後以4令吉57仙掛收，全天上揚21仙，共122萬2千700股易手，開年至今成交量僅低於20日的141萬4千700股。

馬銀行金英研究在報告中說，嘉隆發展的股價遲遲無法反映確實估值，加上掌握豐裕的現金，持股63%的登嘉樓政府可能私有化該股，重現早前全面獻購東方太平洋（EPIC）的計劃。

截至去年9月止，嘉隆發展的淨現金高達2億1千300萬令吉，每股為90仙。

收購其餘股票需3.8億令吉
該行估計，以每股4令吉36仙計，登嘉樓政府若有意收購其餘的嘉隆發展股票，至少得準備3億8千100萬令吉資金。

自馬銀行金英在《2012年展望》報告中指出嘉隆發展為低估股項後，該股至今上揚15%，但該行認為目前該股仍處嚴重低估的2013財政年8.7倍本益比水平，因平均種植地段估值僅2萬7千900令吉，遠低於市場平均的7萬2千令吉。

同時，該行也認為，投資者忽略了嘉隆發展的長期成長誘因，特別是倍增種植地段和增加醫院病床的潛在利好。

“以2013財政年11倍本益比為準，我們估計嘉隆發展的合理價為5令吉50仙。”

分析員指出，過去5年，該公司成功賣出所有非核心業務、提高了鮮果串產量，旗下醫院也多轉虧為盈，並取得強勁的盈利和股息成長，卻無法獲得投資者的認可。

“儘管如此，嘉隆發展的估值一直落後，主要原因固然是不受證券研究機構關注，但登嘉樓政府持股63%造成機構投資者缺席，導致該股成交量不多，這也是原因之一。”

該行補充，該公司近期種植油棕樹和擴增醫院連鎖業務的計劃，可望在2014年收成，屆時該公司的價值將獲得重估。

該公司分別在印尼和大馬擁有2萬5千公頃和3萬7千公頃的地段，目前擁有和管理園丘的面積達6萬2千公頃。分析員表示，隨著印尼園丘陸續種植油棕樹，該公司的鮮果串產量將跟著增加。

此外，該公司正收購巴生河流域的一家醫院，也計劃3年內在東海岸增設兩家醫院，分析員估計這些計劃可將相關業務的貢獻提高2倍，帶來更多穩定的收益。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡27日讯）嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股）建议截至2011年12月31日财年，派发每股18.50仙免税终期股息。

针对上述建议，公司将在第47届股东常年大会上征求股东同意。

去年4月27日，嘉隆发展董事部批准截至去年12月杪财年派发每股3仙免税中期股息，并已在去年6月9日支付。换言之，嘉隆发展截至去年12月杪所派发的总股息为每股21.50仙。[Nanyang]
