Reference is made to the letter received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 5 May 2014 in relation to the announcement by FCB on 30 April 2014,  FCB wishes to provide the following additional information:- 1. Breakdown between internally generated funds and bank borrowing for the funding of the Purchase Consideration Subject to the licensed financial institution’s approval on our loan application, the Company intends to borrow up to 80% of the Purchase Consideration, i.e., RM8.8 million, and the remaining 20% of the Purchase Consideration or RM2.2 million will be funded by internally generated fund. 2. Amount of bank borrowings assumed to be taken to fund the purchase consideration Please refer to the answer to Question 1 above. 3.
