（吉隆坡21日讯）鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）截至5月31日止首季，净利按年下滑11.3%，仍宣布派息0.5仙。

该公司首季净利，从去年同季的912万4000令吉，下跌至808万9000令吉。

同期营业额则跌10.6%，从1亿3864万3000令吉，跌至1亿3863万5000令吉。

基于全球石油及天然气领域放缓，该集团贸易及制造业务营业额，分别下滑2.3%及22.4%。

此外，鹏达集团宣布派息每股0.5仙，除权日为9月30日，并在10月19日支付。

同期营业额则跌10.6%，至1亿3863万5000令吉。基于全球石油及天然气领域放缓，贸易及制造业务营业额，分别下滑2.3%及22.4%。

行家建议

制造业赚幅比预期低，鹏达集团首季核心净利低于预期，仅占我们全年预测的18.5%，以及市场预测的18.5%。

该公司上财年获得炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）工程 的6000万令吉订单，本财年预计可从中取得1亿令吉合约。

鹏达集团持股51%的电镀厂预计可在本财年末季竣工，并为2018财年带来贡献，预计初期产能使用率为50%，短期盈利贡献料不高，因需投入初始启动成本。

基于制造业务的产品平均售价和低扣除利息、税务前盈利（EBIT）偏低，本财年净利预测下调5.9%，并将目标价从原本的55仙，降低至54仙。

听说鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服组）积极参与国油在柔州边佳兰石油提炼及石化综合中心（RAPID）的订单竞标活动，最新情况如何？

对公司的业务及估值带来什么影响？

答：鹏达集团主宰国内导管/阀门/装置配件（PPF）供应市场，市场占有率为40%，专门提供PPF予石油及天然气、生物柴油、海事及重型机械等领域。

综合一些资料，市场一般认为鹏达集团为RAPID发展计划的主要受惠者之一，特别是国油甫在今年8月22日宣布今年第二季业绩时，表示RAPID没有受到油价风暴的影响，照原定计划进行。

第三季盈利料较标青

预料RAPID计划将推动鹏达集团2017年财政年盈利表现。不过，鹏达集团2017年第一季净利低于市场较早时预测，主要是旗下制造业务盈利走低所致，惟另一业务——贸易领域的坚实盈利表现抵销部份劣势。

市场一般认为，预料鹏达集团2017年第二季业绩表现，将与第一季不相上下，特别是其制造业务因全球市场需求疲弱而停滞不前。

预料该公司盈利在2017年第三季较为标青，因较早时在RAPID攫取的订单盈利将开始浮现。

该公司计划在边佳兰设立货仓，准备从更多的RAPID订单中受惠。该公司在柔州丹绒泠刹兴建一间新的电镀厂，预期在2017年杪完成，放眼每年产能达到4万8000公吨。

估值方面，安联研究认为，若是以其2017年财政年预测本益比10倍为准，该公司目标价为64仙。

（吉隆坡7日讯）为了回馈股东和员工，并强化公司资本，鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）建议派发红股、免费凭单，并推出雇员认股计划（ESOS）。

该公司今日向马交所报备，建议以5配1方式，派送高达1亿3808万9185股红股；也以10送1的方式，派发达6094万4592单位B凭单予股东。

至于雇员认股计划，该公司建议，不超过缴足资本10%的新股，让符合资格的执行董事、员工和子公司认购。

鹏达集团指出，将使用股票溢价户头内资金，进行红股计划。

赖于之前的A凭单是否完全转换为该公司股票，派发红股后，股票溢价户头最高剩9042万4000令吉，最低则有5600万9000令吉。

助提高股票流通量

同时，B凭单的行使价待定。

该集团指出，根据股价历史价位、20仙的面值、定价前5天交易量加权平均价格（VWAP）折价、市况和未来公司所需的营运资本而定。

根据鹏达集团文告，派发红股是为了回馈公司股东的长期支持，且增加股票数量，扩大资本基础后，有助提高公司股票流通量。

次季营业额按年下跌14.5%，至1亿380万9000令吉，低于上财年的1亿2140万9000令吉。

累积首6个月，净利按年下跌32.36%，至1322万5000令吉；营业额则下滑12.42%，报2亿2775万2000令吉。

上半年营业额下跌，主要因为本地油气领域的销售需求和交货量下降，以及价格竞争导致赚幅低。

另外，鹏达集团宣布派息每股0.5仙，除权日为11月29日，享有权益日期为12月1日，并在12月27日支付。

由于目前国际油价低，集团谨慎面对全球和本地油气领域的挑战，但是认为公司的长期展望依然正面。

该公司今天向马交所报备，第三季营业额也跌31.20%，从1亿4401万令吉跌至9908万令吉。

累计首9个月，净利按年下扬36.02%，报1961万令吉；营业额则按年萎缩19.11%，报3亿2683万2000令吉。

该公司营业额下跌，主要因为油气领域的销售需求和交货量下降，及价格竞争导致赚幅低。

目前，石油价格高于每桶55美元，鹏达集团看好未来业务增长。尽管油气领域将备受短期挑战，不过认为长期展望仍正面。

鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）截至11月杪第三季，净利按年下跌42.46%至638万5000令吉，或每股净利1.04仙；不过，仍宣布派息每股0.3仙。

营业额也跌31.20%，从1亿4401万令吉跌至9908万令吉，因油气领域的销售需求和交货量下降，及价格竞争导致赚幅低。

累计首9个月，净利按年下扬36.02%，报1961万令吉；营业额则按年萎缩19.11%，报3亿2683万2000令吉。

行家建议

鹏达集团累计首9个月核心净利1960万令吉，符合预期，分别占我们和市场全年预测65%和59%。

尽管比上财年同期5仙低，每股0.3仙的第三期股息也符合预测。

第三季核心净利按季增长24%，主要因为产品混合的贸易和制造领域赚幅提升。

制造领域按季提升，估计未来能得到更多订单，尤其是在边佳兰（Pengerang）的发展；不锈钢和碳钢的使用率也将增加。

鹏达集团放眼在2018财年，利用公司4万8000吨产能中的一半，但有鉴于初期启动成本，盈利能力可能较低。

由于阀门及管件（PVF）需求和制造领域赚幅增加，末季业绩料持续强劲。

鹏达末季净利扬54%

（吉隆坡29日讯）炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）计划推高本地销售需求，加上贸易业务贡献走高，鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）截至2月28日末季，净利按年扬53.9%至1127万令吉，或每股盈利1.53仙，并建议派息0.5仙。

同时，末季营业额按年升39.7%至1亿5258万令吉。

不过，全年净利却按年跌18.7%，录得3088万令吉；营业额也滑6.6%至4亿7941万2000令吉。

鹏达集团指出，这归咎于全球与本地岸外油气领域需求疲软、制造业务面临价格竞争，与新镀锌厂房录得初创亏损。【e南洋】
