（1）   价 钱 relatively不 贵。  对 母 股 的溢 价 只 是 区 区 的11。6％。(ANNJOO-WB  的溢 价 是 大 慨21。5％，SUNCITY-WA的溢 价 有48。5%)  它 的 期 限  是5 年， 转 换 价  是RM4。48。 它 提 供 很 高 的 杆 扛， 大 慨4。5 倍。 就  是说 以 一 粒 母 股 的 价 钱 可 以 买4。5 粒 的SP Setia-wb。
       
（2）5 年 的 长期 限 给SP SETIA－WB 足 够 的 时 间 去 发 挥 它 的 潜 能。 SP SETIA 最 近 频 频 走 出 西 马 （ 包 括 越 南 和 沙 吧）对 公 司 长 远 是 很 正 面 的 发 展。 再 加 上 对 它  的管 理 层 有 高 度 的 信 心， 它 的 宏 愿  要成 为 区 域 性 的 发 展 商 的 成 功率 是 很 高 的。

3．最 近UBG 要 收 购PPB 和LOH&LOH 的 价 钱 是RM4。85。 从BURSAMALAYSIA 的 资 料，SP SETIA 是LOH&LOH 的 一 个 大 股 东（25％）。 如 果SP SETIA 接 受UBG 的MGO， 它 将 提 供SP SETIA 很 好 的 机 会 套  现。 对 短 期 的 股 价 影 响 应 该 是 很正 面 的。
