（吉隆坡19日讯）成功集团（Berjaya Corp Bhd）正在就出售其在日本京都的四季酒店与住宅（Four Seasons Hotel & Hotel Residences Kyoto）进行协商，冀获得高达4亿美元的收益。
执行主席丹斯里陈志远表示，尽管该集团希望在未来60天内达成交易，但迄今还没有任何定案。
他今日在媒体汇报会上说：“我们正与几方磋商。他们都有兴趣收购京都四季，因为这是一个很好的品牌，而且位于策略地点。我们希望在未来60天内达成销售，但一切都还没有定案；这项计划有待进一步确认。”
他补充：“我们希望获得3亿5000万至4亿美元的收益。我们已经投资了约3亿5000万美元，所以你可以计算出，价格可能约为7亿至8亿美元。”
陈志远说，如果出售计划成事，部分收益将分配给股东。
至于余下收益，他透露：“我们会看看是否可以与四季合作另一项目，因为四季是一个很好的品牌。目前为止，京都四季非常成功。”
他补充：“我们已经和他们在冲绳合作另一个项目。我想且我之前也说过，只要价格合适，一切都可以出售。”
此外，他说，他的团队正在制定计划，将集团的酒店业务自成功置地（Berjaya Land Bhd）剥离，并在新加坡交易所进行首次公开募股（IPO），同时将成功置地下市。
“成功置地被严重低估，因此我们可能将其下市，并将酒店业务在新交所上市。我认为会有5或6间酒店。”
“由于大马证券监督委员会（SC）的上市要求，我们无法在这里（大马）上市。有很多要求，所以在那里上市更容易。”
他并称：“我们正考虑释放这些酒店业务的25%股权，以符合新交所的要求。筹资的资金主要用于营运资本和新项目。”
至于成功媒体（Berjaya Media Bhd），陈志远表示，他正在鉴定一个获利的私人拥有业务注入这家上市公司。
“这是重组计划的一部分，因此成功媒体的核心业务将发生变动，我们可能会更改公司的名称，因报纸业务表现不佳。”成功媒体是《The Sun》日报的发行商。

（吉隆坡19日讯）丹斯里陈志远正在考虑将他在7-Eleven控股（7-Eleven Holdings Bhd）的持股权售给他的旗舰公司成功集团（Berjaya Corp Bhd），因为他认为前者被低估。
他今日在业务更新汇报上，维持7-Eleven股价被低估的看法。
“我们正在考虑将我在7-Eleven的46%股权全部卖给成功集团，之后让成功集团提出全面收购（GO），但一切还没有确定。7-Eleven被低估了，对我来说它的价值应该超过10亿美元。”
7-Eleven今日跌3仙或2.31%，收于1.27令吉，市值为14亿3000万令吉或约3亿4200万美元。
截至12月17日，陈志远持有成功集团48.33%股权，根据目前27.5仙的股价，该集团市值约为13亿5000万令吉。
陈志远表示，在全国拥有2250家特许经营店的7-Eleven，目标在2019年开设至少另外200家门店，相比今年的126家。
他还透露，U Mobile私人有限公司的首次公开募股（IPO）计划保持不变，目标最迟在2020年上市。
“U Mobile已准备好上市，其扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销盈利（EBITDA）目前为正数，并走向正确轨道。我们希望在2019年，或者最迟2020年上市。”
淡马锡旗下的新加坡科技电信媒体（Singapore Technologies Telemedia）是U Mobile的最大股东，持有49%股权。
陈志远是第二大股东，直接持股6.2%，以及通过U Telemedia私人有限公司和Berjaya Infrastructure私人有限公司分别持21.44%和2.01%。
其他股东包括柔佛州苏丹依布拉欣陛下（14.98%）和亿万富豪刘锦坤通过万能（Magnum Bhd）持6.33%。
陈志远还表示，他仍有兴趣与柔州政府组建联营公司，在刁曼岛建造一座新的国际机场。
“我认为这将是一个可行的业务，刁曼岛需要这样一个机场。我们现在向中央政府提出建议，希望他们支持这个想法。我们想把机场建在填海造地上，因为目前的机场地无法进一步扩展成国际机场，而有了国际机场，大型飞机可直接飞往该岛。”

| Remarks : | | The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end (FYE) of the Company from 30 April to 30 June. This is to enhance administrative efficiency and to enable the quarterly results to be in line with the calendar quarters and the market practice of having a FYE either at mid or end of the calendar year. The next set of financial statements will be made up from 1 May 2018 to 30 June 2019 covering a period of 14 months. The subsequent FYEs shall be on 30 June. |
