立通国际首季转盈

（吉隆坡29日讯）立通国际（Redtone，0032，创业板）截至2012年8月31日首季转亏为盈，净赚200万8000令吉，上财年同期亏损66万9000令吉。

受国内数据项目推动，立通国际首季营业额上涨24.1%，录得3067万令吉。上财年同期营业额为2470万3000令吉。

立通国际在文告中表示，除了受惠于更多数据项目，公司预计与明讯（Maxis，6012，主板贸服股）共享基建的计划也将强化净利和营业额增长动力。

针对与明讯之间的合作，立通国际总执行长刘必顺表示：“我们会在明年推出4G LTE服务，这是大型计划。”

数据与宽频业务对集团营业额和净利的贡献自2009年稳健增长，显示立通国际专注于此业务。

2012财年间，数据和宽频服务占集团营业额30%，立通国际有意到了2013财年年杪时将比重提高至50%。

MCMC shortlists 3 bidders for DTTB

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia
Commission (MCMC) has shortlisted three out of the eight bidders for Digital Terrestrial Television Broadvast (DTTB) infrastructure contract.

The three shortlisted bidders were i-Media Broadcasting Solutions Sdn Bhd, Puncak Semangat Sdn Bhd and Redtone Network Sdn Bhd.

MCMC chairman, Datuk Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi, said the three shortlisted bidders would have to submit a further and more detailed business plan based on their original submission submitted for the first round of evaluation.

“For the people, Digital Terrestrial Television means that they will be able to enjoy more television channels, high definition quality programmes, interactive applications like real-time voting for reality shows, personal video recording, and pay-per-view channels,” he said in a statement today.

The infrastructure would provide the necessary platform for current free-to-air broadcasters to migrate from the current analogue system to a digital broadcasting format.

It would also eventually allow for more broadcasters to come on stream to provide more channels over and above those currently available.

After a final evaluation, only one out of the three shortlisted bidders would be selected.

The results of the second round evaluation were expected to be announced in July 2013.

The first roll-out of DTTB services to the public is then expected to be in early 2014 while full nationwide coverage is targeted to be by end-2015.

数码广播基建合约 圈定3家竞标公司

（布城8日讯）大马通讯与多媒体委员会（MCMC）宣布，已经为数码地面电视广播（Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting，简称DTTB）基建合约，圈定了3家竞标公司。

该会发布文告指出，有关DTTB基建合约的竞标活动，总共有64家公司买了竞标表格，不过，最终只有8家公司参与竞标。

经过第二轮的竞标评估后，包括了竞标公司所提出的商业计划书，圈定了3家公司进入下一论竞标。

这3家公司分别是（根据字母顺序），iMedia广播方案私人有限公司、Puncak Semangat私人有限公司，以及立通网络私人有限公司。

该会主席拿督莫哈末沙里尔指出，该会是根据2012年4月23日发布的“申请者资讯配套”（AIP）所列出的要求，评估这8家竞标公司。

须呈详细计划书
接下来，上述3家被圈中的公司，将必须根据原本的文件，提呈更详细的商业计划书。

根据条例，这3家公司将有6个月的时间，完成详细的商业计划书，包括了详尽的全国频道检测、传输站的措施，以及机顶盒（set-top box）的执行详情，例如财务实力、营运及DTTB的维修。

数码系统频道更多
DTTB基建是让现有的免费电视，从从类比系统（analogue）升级成数码系统（digital）的平台。
该平台最终可以让更多广播公司加入，并提供更多频道。

数码电视技术有三大传播方式，DTTB是其中一种，通过这项新技术，业者可提供数码电视、高清电视以及其他相关电视服务，包括流动电话和付费电视。

由于地面信息管道状况复杂，在应用需求上又要求实现移动和便携接收功能，整个技术系统的成本最高。

（吉隆坡13日訊）立通國際（REDTONE，0032，創業板貿易股）獲得由大馬通訊與多媒體委員會（MCMC）所頒發價值8250萬令吉的沙巴農村地區無線接取網路（RAN）基礎設施建設、管理和維護合約。
　
該項合約為期3年，這是政府數據與寬頻服務中最大的計劃，該計劃從開始實行至今已有2年之久。
　
無線接取網路基礎設施將設立在拿篤（Lahad Datu）、京那巴丹岸河（Kinabatangan）、保佛（Beaufort）和實必丹（Sipitang）等地區。
　
這是大馬通訊與多媒體委員會的無線接取網路共享Time 3第3階段計劃，該計劃的目的是為我國農村地區提供聲音與數據的連結。
　
政府部門設立Time 3計劃，提高立通國際的數據業務收入。目前，政府計劃佔該公司數據業務收入30%。
　
立通國際總執行長劉必順指出，公司的目標是希望在明年底，數據業務收入來自政府部門的貢獻，可提高20%達致50%。

立通国际委任主席

（吉隆坡4日讯）立通国际（Redtone，0032，创业板）已委任拿督威拉赛阿里为主席，从今年11月8日起生效。

文告显示，赛阿里从2011年7月份加入董事部，未出任主席一职前，他是副主席。

立通国际指出，赛阿里从1980年代起，便领导过私人公司、上市公司以及政府监管机构，在很多行业累积了丰富经验。

立通国际说：“对公司而言，赛阿里的丰富知识与经验，是无价之宝，因为这有利于公司继续打造领先数据与宽频服务供应商的角色。”

立通国际曾经荣获多份大型的数据与WiFi合约，随着赛阿里担任主席一职，该公司希望可以借此更上一层楼。

立通放眼2013財年 數據業務營業額增2倍

（吉隆坡12日訊）隨著數據與寬頻服務業務不斷增長，立通國際（REDTONE，0032，創業板貿易股）放眼2013財政年，該業務營業額可獲得2倍增長至8000萬令吉。

該公司總執行長劉必順今日出席數據與寬頻服務業務媒體簡報會時指出，主要支撐數據與寬頻服務業務增長的是該公司最近競標的幾項工程，及無線上網（WIFI）業務。

“公司自轉型成為電話服務供應商后，這3年來不斷提供各中小型企業及政府機構等數據服務，使該業務獲得強勁成長；截至2012財年5月，該數據業務共佔公司總營業額23%或2500萬令吉。”

他說，旗下數據業務取得良好表現，該公司感到非常滿意，認為將數據業務納入公司核心業務是對的決定；預計該業務成長趨勢，將持續至2013財政年。

競標3政府計劃
“截至目前，數據業務70%收入來自于各中小型企業客戶，30%來自政府計劃，但隨著公司取得越來越多政府合約，我們預料該業務整體收入比重將在2013財年出現變化，政府計劃貢獻60%，各中小型企業則佔40%。”

劉必順指出，該公司目前正積極競標3項政府計劃，一切正處洽談階段，屆時該公司將憑著善于綜合不同遠程通信科技的技術，提供個性化解決方案。

“另外，公司已成功向高等教育部爭取一項2年合約，透過大馬研究與教育網絡（MyREN）計劃，為高等教育部旗下國立大學及學院提供網絡連結，預計這將為公司數據業務提供客觀的利潤。”

與明訊合作建4G電訊塔
立通國際與明訊（MAXIS，6012，主要板貿易）合作，結合2家各2600MHz頻譜（spectrum）4G長期演進技術（簡稱LTE）計劃，首站4G電訊塔冀望設立于城市地區。

劉必順指出：“目前與明訊洽談有關4G LTE首站電訊塔建設地，首選地為大馬城市地區，如巴生谷等地區。”

他說，4G服務未來將成為電信業的主要發展領域之一；成功獲得大馬通訊與多媒體委員會（MCMC）配置的2600MHz頻譜后，他預計該4G LTE將為該公司營業額帶來強勁的貢獻。

但考量到時間因素，劉必順認為，4G LTE或無法在2013財報年中貢獻收入。

“公司非常榮幸可獲得大馬通訊與多媒體委員會所配置的2600MHz頻譜，另外透過與明訊的合作，該公司可在明年透過共享網絡，推出手機寬頻服務，藉此計劃進一步推高公司營業額。”

（吉隆坡22日讯）立通国际（Redtone，0032，创业板）2013财年次季成功转亏为盈，并宣布公司将实行最低25%的派息政策。

立通国际截至2012年11月30日次季，从上财年的8万2000令吉净亏损转为397万4000令吉净利；现财年首6个月写下598万2000令吉净利，跨越上财年同期创下的75万1000令吉净亏损。

然而，公司营业额从上财年次季3595万9000令吉，按年下降25.8%，现财年报2668万1000令吉。相比于上财年首6个月营业额6066万2000令吉，现财年同期报5735万1000令吉，跌幅为5.46%。

另一方面，立通国际董事部宣布批准支付净利的25%为公司派息政策。

“公司持续增长、展望获利和现金储备，预期2013财年表现将进一步改善；同时已把所需资本开销纳入考量，公司仍然有能力派股息回馈股东。”[南洋商报财经]

賺錢的盈利，拿出 25%給股票，算是不錯了，就算是少賺錢，也會分享股息給小股東，好過一些賺錢公司，有了新賺錢的生意，就私有化公司，怕別人分享成果，這種公司最好不的的，算是沒良心的上市公司了。
希望誰可以把它寫出來，這些沒良心的上市公司，私有化的公司。

（吉隆坡31日訊）立通國際（REDTONE，0032，創業板貿服組）前景獲多項利好支撐，特別是與明訊（MAXIS，6012，主板貿服組）頻譜共享的持續性收益貢獻及固定派息政策，達證券樂觀看待該公司在展開業務合理化計劃後，從2013財政年起轉虧為盈。

明訊頻譜共享
獲持續收益

該行對立通國際盈利前景感到樂觀，主要是因為從明訊的頻譜共享取得持續性收益、資本開銷較低，並帶來更高的派息率。

同時，該公司也潛在攫取政府的數據及寬頻計劃，目前的競標額達到5億令吉，一般的成功率為10至20%。

去年7月立通國際與明訊簽署網絡分享及聯盟協議，共享俗稱“4G＂的長期演進技術頻譜。達證券認為這促使立通國際的淨賺幅顯著增加，因為無須祭出成本，除了獲得首期款項，接著也捎來持續性收益。

該公司管理層透露將在未來12個月內釋放有關首期款項，而達證券則相信會在今年首季到手，潛在捎來2千500萬至3千萬令吉。

持續性收益方面，以每個月每架配備30仙收費計，且次年攫取20%認購率，該公司料可每年至少潛在進賬920萬令吉。

為此，達證券樂觀看待立通國際2013及2014財政年可分別寫下2千300萬及2千700萬令吉淨利，扭轉2012財政年蒙受的930萬令吉核心淨虧損劣勢，而2014財政年淨利則料成長17%。

該公司2013財政年次季業績表現不俗，無論是淨利或營運盈利賺幅都成功倍增。在脫售非核心及虧損的業務後，其他手持的業務還包括折價通電服務、電子銷售及預付服務分銷業務，將共同支撐數據及寬頻服務這兩大核心業務。

較早前立通國際宣佈以淨利的至少25%作為派息用途，達證券認為派息率仍有潛在揚升空間，歸功於寬頻分享收費捎來現金流，加上每年的資本開銷需求料低於1千萬令吉。

截至2013財政年次季，該公司手持2千120萬令吉現金，相等於每股4仙。以30%派息率計，該公司將潛在派發1.4仙股息，或相等於3.5%週息率。

今年将推出光纤及4G服务　立通国际有望大跃进

（吉隆坡9日讯）立通国际有限公司（REDTON E，0032，创业板）经已进行一项改革计划，并开始看到成果。该集团首席执行员刘必顺告诉传媒：“商业前景是好的，我们在截至2012年11月30日止第2季度，取得接近400万令吉的净利润。”

刘氏指出：“迄今，本财政年度（截至2013年5月的2013财政年）的净利润约有600万令吉，显示集团拥有良好的转机。”

立通从2008年到2011年蒙受损失。在此之前，该公司一直录得盈利。

该家在创业板上市的折扣电讯服务供应商，经过多年的发展，经已成为一个主要的宽频服务供应商。

但它在科技领域方面原地踏步，没有进一步发展，可以说是一个严重的问题。

在2009年，立通重新定位为一家数据和宽频服务供应商。

刘氏解释，去年，公司已出售其非核心业务，以帮助提高运营成本。

在2012财政年，立通录得盈利，主要是以840万令吉出售旗下的立通多媒体私人有限公司80%股权后取得的赚益。

刘氏说：“我们将会专注于不断增长的宽频解决方案业务。”

他称：“今年，立通从语音到数据和宽频业务中，将会呈现一个彻底的转变。”

由于进行重新定位，立通的数据和宽频业务已出现强劲增长。在过去的4年内，立通的数据业务贡献集团的收入一直稳步增长，从2009财政年的300万令吉增至2012财政年的2500万令吉。

刘氏表示，数据和宽频业务将继续成为集团的主要利润贡献者。他解释，虽然有成熟的语音业务，但是该业务仍然是公司的摇钱树。

“我们将会在本月或4月推出立通光纤。在今年下半年，我们将会推出4G。”

立通目前拥有约1万名客户，主要是集中在企业领域。该公司还在东马提供4G WiMAX服务（全球互通微波存取）。

刘氏透露，立通已经投入了3000万令吉在东马建立有关WiMAX的基础设施。目前该集团在当地设有5个办事处，分别在古晋、美里、斗湖、亚庇和山打根。

去年12月，大马通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）分配了2.6千兆赫予包括立通在内的8家公司，去部署4G LTE（长期演进技术）。

“我们将在今年下半年推出我们的LTE。我们将会充分利用明讯有限公司（MAXIS，6012，贸易服务组）的LTE网络。”

“与明讯合伙，将使我们节省大约3亿9000万令吉去覆盖全国50％的人口。”刘氏补充，它也使公司能够尽快配合其推广LTE服务。

去年7月，立通与明讯签署一项基础设施和频谱共享协议，这将使两家公司降低资本支出，并最大限度地提高频谱的使用和减少重复今年预期部署的4G LTE网络资产。

此外，立通也将在今年3月或4月推出立通光纤。除了提供宽频外，刘氏说，它还将提供量身定制的方案包括云端计算予客户。光纤服务将会取决于马电讯有限公司（TM，4863，贸易服务组）的高速宽频服务（HSBB）。

刘氏乐观地认为，这些即将推出的服务将能够提升未来的盈利。他称，这些配搭非常适合立通的小型资本支出策略，因集团将不会大规模投资在基础设施。[光华日报财经]

（吉隆坡11日讯）为了避免步上韩国电讯业者在推出新科技的1年半后，仍在挣扎取得盈利的后尘，立通国际（Redtone，0032，创业板）对其4G-LTE网络采取微型资本开销的措施。

根据路透社最新报道，韩国电讯业者的业绩惨淡，主要是每名用户平均营业额（ARPU）与设立4G-LTE网络的投资成本，不成比例。

立通国际总执行长刘必顺向《The Edge》财经日报指出，该公司决定与明讯（Maxis，6012，主板贸服股）携手合作，希望可协助立通国际避免步上韩国电讯业者的后尘。

他披露，立通国际通过是次合作，节省了3亿9000万令吉资本开销，因为该公司无需耗资设立全新的基建设施，例如基站和发送器。

“我们与明讯的合作，包括其4G-LTE网络以及其3G及2G网络。今年，我们采取微型资本开销措施，希望不超过1000万令吉。”

他还透露，该公司计划在今年下半，年推出4G-LTE网络服务。

我国共有8个业者成功竞标4G-LTE服务执照，包括立通国际、Puncak Semangat私人有限公司、天地通亚通、数码网络私人有限公司、明讯宽频私人有限公司、Packet One网络（马）私人有限公司、U Mobile私人有限公司以及杨忠礼电讯私人有限公司。[南洋网财经]
