这次没有买包包,上次买了,这次买衣服,鞋,LOTION,美发产品,5百多,.星期二和朋友去LANGKAWI刚回来,几天没看TMS跌到12仙,最低11仙,好彩放了,

现在我也是想找他,他都几个星期都没来,又没有EMAIL给我,不知道TMS会跌到几多钱,还是大起,?要买进还是不要买,?,这股跌其他股可能会有机会了,

Description	The Media Shoppe Berhad (“TMS” or “the Company”) - Teaming Agreement
The Board of Directors of TMS is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NuOne Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 951868-W) (“NuOne”) has on 14 October 2013 entered into a Teaming Agreement (“the Agreement”) with ShenZhen ZNV Technology Co Ltd (Company no. 440301501123924) having its registered office at  4F, W1-A, Building Gaoxin S.4th Ave.Shenzhen, People Republic of China (“ZNV”). NuOne and ZNV, collectively be referred as the “Parties”. The scope of the Agreement is as follows:- 1.         The Parties wish to team up to introduce the concept of global surveillance in Malaysia. The Parties agree that one of the projects would be to introduce such global surveillance in the Iskandar Development Region. 2.         NuOne shall have the responsibility to source projects on global surveillance and ZNV shall provide its expertise and experience in such area for the purpose of these projects/concessions. 3.         ZNV shall work exclusively with NuOne in relation to companies/ projects/ concessions introduced by NuOne and/or TMS whether directly or indirectly without limitation to those belonging to NuOne and/or TMS’ partners. ZNV shall work solely with NuOne and/or TMS for the period of one (1) year from the date of this Agreement for any project of the Government of Malaysia. The Parties agree that profit sharing in relation to any project shall be discussed and agreed between the Parties upon securing a project. This Agreement will not have any material financial effect to the earnings of TMS Group at this juncture. The earnings could only be determined as and when TMS and/or NuOne has secured any project and/or entering into contract with the relevant parties. The Agreement will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital of the Company and/or on the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the Company. The Company does not foresee any material risk.   None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Agreement. TMS will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in a timely manner in accordance with Bursa Securities’ Listing Requirements, should there be any further development on this matter. This announcement is dated 14 October 2013.
