Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 October 2019 and 21 April 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the terms of the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Halex Link Sdn Bhd and Plato Chemical (M) Sdn Bhd on 21 October 2019 for the Proposed Disposal have been fully satisfied and that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 13 July 2020.
