Description	MEGA FIRST CORPORATION BERHAD (MFCB OR COMPANY)JOINT VENTURE WITH LAO GREEN POWER CORPORATION COMPANY LIMITED AND ENEMAX TRADING LIMITED
The Board of Directors of MFCB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 September 2023 entered into a joint venture agreement (“JVA”) with Lao Green Power Corporation Company Limited (“LGPC”) and Enemax Trading Limited (“ETL”) to establish a joint venture arrangement in Mega Ventures Limited (“MVL”) which is currently a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of MFCB for the purposes of exploring new business investment opportunities in Lao People’s Democratic Republic (“Laos”) (“Joint Venture”). Please refer to the details as attached. This announcement is dated 18 September 2023.
