LEMBAGA Tabung Haji has bought more shares in Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd, making it a substantial shareholder of the construction firm. It bought 732,800 shares to bring its direct investment to 6.83 million shares, or 5.7 per cent. The transactions were carried out on January 14, 15 and 16 respectively.

这样讲就错了，要跌就必需等tanbung haji停止买进时才会跌。另外，tabung haji的习惯是买进到7-10%左右，所以还没有到这个阶段时还是会买进。如果才买就大力上升时，那么长期升幅就可以期待，因为tabung haji还是会继续买进。

没有一种历史是可以完全参考，当中都有有一些变化。当然如果tabung haji买够票的时候melati还是没有升，一当停止买进时就。。。。。。。。。

我个人觉得基金买进Melati是对她有信心的表示，将来希望有更多基金会买进Melati。

我猜测21号和22号Melati大跌时LEMBAGA TABUNG HAJI应该有继续买进。Melati现在的股价RM1.45，应该是被低估了。。。

tabung haji 现在是排第几？

想问一下，要拥有多少%的股份才可以被称为substantial shareholder？还是排在前30大的股东就是substantial shareholders？

Melati现在最大股东是老板DATO' YAP SUAN CHEE，拥有49.7％的股份。如果我没记错，Lembaga Tabung Haji应该是第二大股东了。

PS：需要拥有最少5％的股份才可以被称为substantial shareholder。
PS：除非你是公司的人，不然就要等年报出了才能知道现在的30 top shareholders是谁。
