Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate incoming / outgoing shipment via air / sea / courier / parcel post /  pick & pack list / delivery order / proforma invoice / import & export shipping  documents (eg. BL, AirWay bill etc)
- Attend to walk-in customers on goods collection or cash purchase.
- Monitoring of stock level in SAP system, check cycle count report and verify.
- Handles & upkeep administrative, paperwork and filing system - ensure      security, & tidiness of the warehouse office for accurate and easy documents retrieval.
- Perform BOM and assist the Production dept to monitor the stock level of the  raw materials
- Generate Monthly reports on shipment status, goods return, goods damaged  etc.
- Ensure correct & accurate execution of export / import documents, close        follow-up on shipping status with --Suppliers (both local & overseas) and update & feedback to Sales dept. on the shipping status.
- Liaise with Logistic & Freight forwarders on export / import matters.
- Update estimated Shipment of Arrival to the Sales dept.

Responsibilities

- Perform Incoming Inspection of products (raw materials, finished products etc) from Suppliers.
- Perform Outgoing Inspection of products (in-house manufactured products – outgoing visual and dimension inspection check)  to Customers.
- Perform Quality Control as required to ensure product conformance with relevant standards and specifications.
- To carry out outgoing, in-process dimension check, hardness test, PMI check records.
- Accept and reject products based on quality criteria and quality sampling plan.
- To conduct in-progress and finished goods which includes incoming
- (Purchase parts) and outgoing (finished products).
- Performing testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective & preventive actions.
- Provide on-site QC at Clients premises.
- Prepare Mill Certificates
- Update relevant quality documents & materials certificate filling.
- Continuously improving QA/QC Receiving Inspection Process and defects deduction.
- To report any quality problem to Engineer.
