宇琦末季净利跌22%

（吉隆坡24日讯）保修拨备及衍生金融品未释放亏损影响，宇琦科技（UCHITEC,7100,主板工业产品组）截至2016年12月31日第四季净利下滑22.08%，至1234万3000令吉。因衍生金融品亏损减少，全年净利走扬12.60%，至5550万8000令吉。

第四季营业额增4.15%，至3166万3000令吉，带动全年营业额起7.36%，至1亿2089万7000令吉。

派息8仙

管理层宣布每股8仙终期股息，享有日及除权日待定。

该公司预计，在经济状况波动下，美元营业额持平，有信心可维持获利及强稳负债表。

营收增加．宇琦科技首季多赚6%

（吉隆坡22日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品组）的营收增加，截止2017年3月31日止第一季净利也微增6.19%，至1424万6000令吉。

首季营业额因美元走强利好，而小幅上涨6.05%至3245万8000令吉。

根据文告，主要因该公司将总值69万3444令吉的权益结算股份，在上财政年首季内支付予合格雇员，该公司营业利润由44%按年减少至42%。

展望未来，宇琦科技预测，以美元计算的营收料无太大起伏，相信可保持盈利，并维持稳定的资产负债表。

公司特点
1. 美元升值的受惠者
由于大部分的营业额来自出口，订单都是用美金为单位。所以是美元升值的受惠者之一。

2.ESOS
公司除了有着超过10年派息的历史，也有超过10年执行ESOS的历史。这也是为什么股票数量年年增加。员工得以低于市场价买入公司股份，对现有股东是一种无形的亏损，因为这会稀释每股净利。可是换另一角度思考，员工买入公司股份，这表示员工=股东，工作更有干劲，这也可解读为为何公司可以历久不衰。可是这样的措施是利大于弊还是弊大于利呢？这就见仁见智了。

3.与巅峰的距离
如果单看5年财政表现，你会认为UCHITEC的净利稳健地上升。事实上，UCHITEC离2007年颠覆时期尚有一段距离。当时2007年的营业额达RM156.9million，净利RM78.2million，股息更达20仙（包括特别股息）。UCHITEC还需要成长30%-40%才可追平2007年的成绩，而股价也离巅峰期的股价有着超过50%的差距。
                        

4. 保守的管理层
管理层的作风相当保守，近几年都没有大投资动作。Investing activities近两年竟然还有正面现金流，真让笔者汗颜。所以，公司持有RM200million的现金都不知道要怎样投资，搞到每年都有RM3million至RM5million的利息收入，这绝对不是件好事。如果管理层愿意多思考和再投资这么高盈利率的领域，回报一定好过利息收入啊！

        

5. 高，很高，非常高的净利率和赚钱功力！
高得让人咋舌的净利率，至少达40%！
目前UCHITEC扣除现金后资产未RM102.6million。单靠这些资产在2016年赚入RM51.1milion的税前盈利（扣除interest income），可见这行业真的很好赚。如果笔者能拥有一家公司涉及如此高赚幅的领域那该有多好啊！可惜管理层不太愿意花更多的钱投资。

6. 接近100%的派息率
由于管理层不太愿意花太多的钱投资，所以派发近100%的派息率（虽然公司政策是至少70%而已）。2016年的派息率更突破100%的关口。（净利为RM55.6million，派息额达RM56.8million）

适合收股息的指数（满分为5）：4分
无可否认，像UCHITEC资金雄厚，派息又大方的公司，的确是买来收股息的好公司。需要注意的风险是如果遇到全球经济风暴时，UCHITEC的业务必定受到冲击。其二，管理层风格相当保守，至今仍然未能超越10年前的辉煌成就。如果在2007年买入并持续持有来收股息的股东们，必定相当失望。虽然纳入股息收入后可以抵消股价的下跌，但是年均回报就相当低的了。像柴九说的，人生有多少个10年啊！
         
不过，如果你在2010年后任何一个时间点买入并持有至今，年均成长都有至少10%以上，算是不错啦！以现在UCHITEC的策略方针及大环境趋势，笔者认为UCHITEC业绩未来几年应该还会稳健上升，重返巅峰指日可待！

咖啡机刺激宇琦科技短期前景

（吉隆坡24日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业股）最新业绩优于预期，分析员也看好自动咖啡机较高的需求，將刺激该公司短期前景，而大幅上修其现財政年財测和投资评级。

宇琦科技2017財政年次季（截至6月30日止）净利按年升37%，至1632万令吉，去年同期为1189万令吉；营业额也按年起16%，至3146万令吉。

首6个月净利和营业额也各按年涨21%和11%，至3057万令吉和6391万令吉。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员指，销售量表现高於预期，使宇琦科技2017財政年首6个月营业额及净利表现亮丽。

按季比较，宇琦科技次季税前盈利赚幅改善，带动其核心净利上升17%。

但分析员认为，其税前盈利赚幅不可能一直大幅提高。

不过，基于宇琦科技生產的是利基產品，因此，相信可以让长期的税前盈利赚幅维持在50%水平。

盈利评级上调

另一方面，由於主要市场--欧洲经歷经济缓慢的局面，让宇琦科技过去几年的营运情况艰鉅，但管理层表示，在源源不绝的订单支撑下，该公司2017財政年营业额（以美元结算）预期按年取得中高单位数增幅。其上半年营业额按年起3%。

分析员相信，这成长主要来自其大客户优瑞（JURA），这家公司的市佔率持续增长，也有意扩大市场。

因此，艾芬黄氏资本分析员把宇琦科技2017至2019財政年每股盈利各调高14%至30%。

此外，他也基于宇琦科技强劲的盈利增长和极具吸引力的週息率，而將本益比调高至16倍。隨著盈利及本益比的调整，目標价也从1.81令吉，大幅上修至2.61令吉，分析员同时上调投资评级至「买进」。【东方网财经】

宇琦子公司获新兴工业地位

（吉隆坡2日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品股）宣布，独资子公司Uchi Optoelectronic（大马）私人有限公司，获得大马投资发展局（MIDA）颁发的新兴工业地位（Pioneer Status）。

该公司向交易所报备，Uchi Optoelectronic为“设计、发展及制造即时集中能源测量与控制系统”，以及“提供给生化设备的高精密度热流体温度控制系统，以及超低温与质量感应控制系统”活动，取得新兴工业地位。

这项地位为期5年，从生产日期开始计算。【e南洋】
