不是从profit拿出来的吗？？
那会是cash和什么呢？？

Retained profit 是你赚到的钱,但是还是会把这些钱投资用掉,所以要看CASH Flow 嘛.

比如说你拿100块出买100罐可乐, 假设你每罐买2.00, 买完的话你的Profit 是100块.这时你再拿150块进货. 你的Balance sheet 是
Assets
--------
Stock  (coke)    150
cash = 50

Equity
--------
paid up 100
retained profit 100
(Liabilities=0) <---现钱生意,没有向供应商赊账

所以你可以看到,你手中只有50块现金,不是你赚到的100和你投入的100块.

after u gain money from investment(using ur retained earning), is it still have to pay tax? if it is, then there is no difference, the only difference is when they pay the tax. paying dividend can be a good condition to attract investors to invest in.

"如果企业真的可以发展下去的话，", as you said: if the business can run in long term and can gain money from it, this means they are able to pay the interest, so what is wrong to raise the debt?airasia is a good example that they expand their business by raising debt (ignore the fuel price effect that caused its profit tumble)

谢谢无花大大和nakkata大大的指教。老娘真的不懂retained earning不是全都是现金。老娘让大大们见笑鸟。

可是，在Senoko这个案子里，那笔SD380,000K的retained earning应该是现金吧。Senoko的07-08年的年报里，Note24 有解释dividen的派发。

然后，老娘认为，先交税或后交税是有分别的。

例如，A有资本RM1million，年净利是10%，那么就有RM100K的retained earning鸟。税务是20%的话，那么，当作股息派掉以后，企业资本剩下RM1million，股东收益是RM80K，税务是RM20K。

如果米有派股息，第二年资本就有RM1.1million，年净利10%的话，就有RM110K的retainedearning鸟。税务是20%的话，那么，第二年才把retained earning派给股东的策略，就能使股东收益增加到RM168K，税务是RM42K。

企业正常运作，一个是早派息，另一个是迟派息，净利却相差5%。假如派了股息，还举债的话，也就是说，明年少5%净利，还要还银行3%利息。

以老娘的愚见， Senoko的股东早就肯定要卖掉Senoko，所以就先把Senoko里面的retained earning先拿掉。这并米有什么不对，而且买进Senoko的企业，肯定也会把这些算进收购估价的程序里。

10獨立發電廠繳3717萬暴利稅

（吉隆坡）政府在7月24日宣佈將向國內獨立發電廠徵收暴利稅後，大馬獨立發電廠協會（Penjanabebas）最近公佈所有會員繳付的7月款項，10家獨立發電廠的繳稅總額達3716萬8537令吉。

其中，霹靂昔加里能源投資公司繳稅幅度最驚人，以940萬令吉遠遠拋離排名第二的雲頂杉原電力公司，後者繳稅達573萬7541令吉，至於丹絨濱電力公司則以480萬令吉排名第三。

Pahlawan電力公司與北賴電力私人有限公司兩者屬於受影響最輕者，雙雙繳稅額不超過100萬令吉。

值得一提的是，楊忠禮電力公司雖然也繳稅，不過不方便透露相關數額，因此繳稅額成謎。

星期五那天多数是向上推，买盘根本不大，担心明天回来个大大的回马枪！！

ytlp seems have enough money to get it. some more dbs and uob could arrange as much as 70% of financing for the sale, in the form of 2 yrs bridge loan at 250 basis points above the libor.
